(undertaking comprehensive repairs – a complete marine
solution provider) having our own workshop at Visakhapatnam
and Catering to the vessels calling at Visakhapatnam, Gangavaram,

We are the Registered Ship Repairer with Visakhapatnam,

Steel Renewals & Modifications
We can undertake the steel renewals and repairs onboard vessels
using tested and certified IS 2062 GR ’B’ plates (equivalent to
Lloyds Grade A plate), High tensile steel (equivalent to AH/NV 32
grade steel). WPS (weld procedure specification) & PQR
(Procedure qualification record) can be prepared and submitted
for the approval of Class Authorities and can undertake the renewal
work using coded welders.
We are experienced to carryout repairs on Hatch covers, Coamings
etc under class regulations. We have the experience of undertaking
major steel renewals, Pre-dry dock works, provide rider squads
for repairs while sailing & grab maintenance etc.
We also have with us the THICKNESS GUAGING team approved
by Class Surveyors. We can undertake any repairs/renewals of
the deck and engine room pipe lines like FW/SW pipe lines, Ballast
lines, Fire main, scupper lines, hydraulic pipe lines and compressed
air lines etc., using Carbon Steel Seamless pipes (Sch 40, Sch 80
etc) and GI/ERW pipes.

Engine Works
We have a dedicated team to undertake any type of repairs on the
Main Engines (MAN BMW, SULZER & DAIHATSU etc), Generators
(KIRLOSKAR) and Turbo Chargers (ABB). We can carry out the
routine maintenance, decarburizing of units, major/minor overhauls
of engines, troubleshoot and fix up any starting/running problems
of the engines.
We can also arrange the team for carrying out IN-SITU Crank shaft
grinding.
Refrigeration / Air-Conditioning Works
We have a dedicated team with the requisite machinery, tools &
tackles to carry out the marine refrigeration and air conditioning
systems (like domestic fridge, meat room, accommodation AC,
