Also included is the removal and proper disposal of the existing chilled water pump starters their associated feeders and the cooling tower starter and associated feeder. The installation part of the project consists of replacing the main breaker with a new main breaker and replacing the 5000 volt feeder with new wire and conduit from the breaker in the vault on the roof, to the new transformer to be located on the roof. Provide 480 volt electrical equipment to supply the new chiller and required pumps, which will be located in the existing mechanical room and the roof. 10. Provide necessary dust barriers and walk-off mats to minimize contamination of adjacent occupied areas. 12. Project safety and construction means and methods are the exclusive responsibility of the Contractor. Neither the Architect, Engineer, or Owner shall have any responsibility for Project Safety.
