Duties & Responsibilities
: Phnom Penh
Job Requirements
Coordinate with ATM project related parties (Risk, IT, Finance
and Legal unit) on producing business requirement, functional
and technical specification document;
Plan the UAT testing, develop test scenarios and test cases for
ATM application, to make sure the system is applicable to real
scenarios and in accordance to the requirement;
Work with vendor and IT team on card, receipt, journal design,
ATM maintenance, trouble shooting and other related parties
regarding ATM placement, installation, and ATM house
decoration;
Develop on ATM & card manual, procedure & guideline such as
cash loading, ATM reconciliation, cash monitoring, PIN & Card
management, etc;
Provide training to related staffs on cash loading, ATM
reconciliation, Card management, etc;
Coordinate on ATM go-live process to ensure it smoothly
implemented;
Monitor daily cash balance and ATM service quality and loading
in off-site ATM to ensure it has enough cash for the transaction
and on-going service providing to clients without any
interruption;
Analyze the ATM transaction performance; and
Handle ATM related incidence and fraudulent issues to maintain
both customer and company interest.
Bachelor’s degree in Banking or related fields;
Mininum 2 years of experiences in electronic banking
(especially working in Card production and ATM support)
understanding of ATM/card infrastructure, policies and
procedure establishement;
Mininum 1 year’s experience in project management;
Good banking products knowledge;
Good command in English both writing and speaking (is a
plus); and
Computer literacy (PPT & MS office).
Remunerations
