disposition to collaborate with a
Writing Fellow. S/he will give you
constructive written feedback on the
two writing assignments during the
semester to help you improve the
structure and comprehensibility of
your text. Furthermore, they will meet
you twice for an individual writing
consultation.
The number of seminar participants
is restricted to 25 due to the
involvement of the Writing Fellows. If

party politics, with a special focus on
radical right parties in Europe. No
prior knowledge of party politics is
required, but students should be
willing to read assigned texts,
participate in class and comment on
the work of other students.

session. In preparation for final
paper, hand in research question
and design during semester. Final
research paper.

Prerequisites: The students should
be able to analyze macroeconomic
shocks in the IS-LM-model and the
AS-AD-model in a verbal,
graphical, and formal way. The
students should be able to apply
mathematical concepts such as the
differential and Cramer's rule.
Furthermore, the students should
have some background in statistics
and should be able to construct
and interpret confidence intervals,
hypotheses tests and univariate
regressions.
