Catalog Number Notes FEATURES & SPECIFICATIONS INTENDED USE — An off-line compact AC power system for the emergency operation of LED, HID, incandescent and fluorescent emergency lighting loads that provides full light output for 1-1/2 hours of operation. Type CONSTRUCTION — Inverter: Solid-state, pulse width modulated inverter, utilizing IGBT technology. Offline uninterruptible system has 2-millisecond transfer time. 500 to 2000 VA output ratings available. Cabinet: Free-standing NEMA Type 1. EAC FTT Custom manufactured. 16-gauge steel cabinet with hinged lockable doors. Modular design enables versatile installation. System can be wall mounted with option wall brackets. Knockouts are located on all four sides of cabinets. Cooling: Forced air during emergency mode. Conduit entry through all 4 sides for universal mounting. COMPACT FAST-TRANSFER AC POWER SYSTEM Sinusoidal output waveform has <3% maximum Total Harmonic Distortion for linear load. Operating efficiency is 97% at full load. Input: 120V or 277V input. Synchronizing slew rate is 1 Hz per second nominal. Protection: Input circuit breaker standard. Harmonic distortion <10%. 10,000 amps interrupting capacity (AIC). Output: 120V or 277V output. Fuse protected. Output frequency is 60Hz and is ±0.05Hz during emergency mode. Load power factor is 0.5 lag to 0.5 lead. Charger: Microprocessor controlled for lead-calcium battery type and temperature compensating (recharge per UL924 spec). Overload capacity is 115% for five minutes. Self-Diagnostics: Programmable self-diagnostic testing for 5 minutes monthly and 90 minutes annually. Microprocessor controlled 2 x 20 character display with touch pad (4 x 4) controls, functions, and data logging. LCD meter panel displays input voltage, output voltage, battery voltage, battery current, output current, output VA, temperature, date, time and inverter wattage. Five LED indicators display utility present, battery power, battery charging, system ready, and fault. Alarm functions: One audible alarm will indicate high/low battery charger fault, near low battery, low battery, load reduction fault, output overload, high/low AC input volts, high ambient temperature, inverter fault, output fault. ORDERING INFORMATION Discharge cycle of 90 minutes at full load with fully charged batteries. Standard 24-hour battery recharge. LISTINGS — UL listed. Meets UL 924, NFPA 101, NFPA 70, NEC and OSHA. WARRANTY — One-year full warranty within the 48 contiguous states on system electronics. Battery warranty details listed on back. System must be installed within 180 days of battery shipment or warranty will be void. Two-year warranty on systems electronics available with purchase of FSP (factory start-up program).
