Full Color LED Video Mosaic Controller
CK4L series of full-color LED is a multi-screen video image processor made by
Shenzhen Createk Electronics Co., Ltd., and it is targeted to fulfill the requirements of
high-performance image processing and control equipment. The device integrates
Createk company for many years on video image processing, high-definition signal
processing and displaying. Different sources can be displayed on the video wall
simultaneously and with independent magnification.
Description
CK4L6000 processor can support 16 sending cards of different resolution (up to
30720*1080). Multi devices can achieve any range signals and real-time display.
It could deploy sending card for loading LED lattice and select gray degree at will. Users
could set any output content lattice to single LED sending card.
Features:

Real-time multi-channel parallel image processing, patented technology,
hardware-based video product, with no jagged edges and trailing.
B: Single machine can support up to 30720* 1080 LED equivalent dot matrix,
multi-machine parallel can drive an unlimited range of LED dot matrix;
C: APSP technology, can support any arbitrary pixel in the image area to any physical
location of the LED large screen , you can select image area arbitrary and decide the
image output size and location.
D: Frame synchronization, no delay and dislocation between the output images;
E: With input signals stack SOIS (superimpose of any input signal)technology, any signal
can be stacked, roamed, zoomed, and switched without gap.
F: Split screen and multi-screen modes can be selected via controlled by one and more
sending cards.
G: WYSIWYG software control interface, window preset without complex operation;
H: 16 different modes of scene preset ; LED sending cards slots are reserved, the system
is highly integrated ;

Function Introduction :
1) Display on a super large size LED panel
Display Condition: require super large size LED panel supported by several sending
cards.
Video Source: multi sources from DVI, RGB, VGA, CVBS and HD SDI (optional)
Display Function: choose one video source display on a super large size LED panel with
high resolution. According to the end users' requirements, different kinds of display
modes can be chosen and they are:
A. Full Screen Mode: input signal can be displayed fully on LED panel via this image
mosaic processor. If the ratio of LED panel is not the same as the input signals’, the
output image will be expanded or compressed. This mode is often used to display the
content of background image;
B. Proportional Display Mode : input signal can be displayed geometric on LED panel
according to its proportion format via this processor . This mode is often used in the
scene of portrait display and leader's speech.
C. Fully Display Mode: input signal can be scaled up/down according to the
configuration of LED pane and as a result, the input image can be fully displayed on the
screen. The model is often used to display highlight scene.

2) Multiple signals can be displayed Simultaneously
Display conditions: any size of LED panel can be lighted up by adding several sending
cards which are matched with the LED panel
Signal: multi sources from DVI, RGB, VGA, CVBS and HD SDI (optional)
Display Function: choose one video source display on a super large size LED panel with
high resolution. According to the end users' requirements, different display modes can
be used, including window displays, overlay and roaming, etc., in details:
A. Overlay mode: the main signal as a background can be displayed on LED panel, the
others can be overlay displayed.
B. Multi-split screen mode: Signals via this processor can be transferred to each sending
card and displayed diversely on the screen.
C. Themes mode: To highlight a picture/topic, the input signal can be connected to
multiple sending cards for displaying a bigger image. Other input signals can be
connected to an individual sending card for displaying independently.

3) Single CK4L6000 can support different pitch size and sending
cards of LED panel
Display conditions: any size of multiple LED panel with different pitch size and sending
cards.
Signal: multi sources from DVI, RGB, VGA, CVBS and HD SDI (optional)
Display Function: Multiple signals can be selected to display on a LED panel with
different pitch size and sending cards. According to the needs of users, a variety of
display modes can be used.
Specifically:
A. full screen mode: Dynamic pictures or background content can be displayed on LED
panel or screen. Since different pitch size of panels, a large wonderful dream picture
will directly enter into your eyes.
B. the main theme mode: The main signal via this processor can be connected to
multiple sending cards and achieved a bigger size image on the screen, other signals can
be displayed onto the screen as a background.
4) Output brightness or Gamma value adjustment
Adjust the brightness or Gamma value by sliding the curve from a provided software.
Adjust the parameters of gray value and color level to optimize the picture quality.

WYSIWYG software can be controlled via the port RJ45/RS232, window preset with
simple operation, friendly control user interface, human operation mode, you can
complete all operations via just click the mouse.
