Non-Standard Fees
The ADP HSA includes a debit card for payment of eligible expenses. The HSA does not include the use of a checkbook for
account management. However, if you prefer to use a checkbook to manage your account, you may order one through UMB.
In that case, the appropriate fees below may apply.
Also, should your employer’s contract with ADP end or if you leave your employer and still want to maintain your HSA with
UMB, the appropriate fees below may apply.
