Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) The minimum number MCRs required for each specialty is listed in the table below. The maximum number for all specialties is six. Each MCR form is completed by one consultant so if a minimum of four MCRs is required, four clinical supervisors should complete one MCR form each. The feedback received is summarised in the MCR year summary sheet on the ePortfolio for the educational supervisor (ES) and will inform the ES report.
