What is an RSS feed?
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It functions as a family of web feed formats used to publish frequently updated information such as
news headlines, sports scores, weather forecasts, time/date, etc. all in a standardized format. This data can be retrieved from virtually any source
accessible from the Internet, even those requiring a username and password. Once the RSS data is retrieved, it is integrated onto your Digital
Creative Template.
What needs to be supplied to Steen?
1. Your creative template/design
2. A link to your RSS feed or facebook page (We can convert facebook pages in to RSS feeds)
3. The font (.otf or .ttf) for the designated RSS feed area
What happens if the billboard loses internet connectivity?
Default text can be displayed if the connection is lost.
