Motivation

A person trying to find the latest weather forecast, stock
update, or sports score often needs a computer, PDA, or cell
phone that requires his full attention to operate.
Nibo is designed to be a device where all this information is
displayed to the user in a clear and concise manner.
Objective
Create a cheap and customizable RSS feed reader
 Implement an interface where users tap the device to
switch between RSS feeds and items

Results
• Custom enclosure housing all parts
• Retrieves RSS feed list from a web configuration page
• Retrieves RSS feeds from the web
Limitations
• Must have network connection
• Accelerometer
 Can’t set separate thresholds for each axis
 Sensitivity is difficult to tweak
