OF THE FINAL MANUSCRIPT
Before submitting your manuscript at the Conference please make
sure that:
o Your paper follows the layout specified in the ‘EU PVSEC 2016
Instructions for Preparation of Papers’
o Your paper does NOT contain header or page numbering
o The digital version of your manuscript is saved in Microsoft Word
AND in Adobe Acrobat PDF format
o The digital files are saved with the name of the paper session
reference code
o Your PDF is NOT password protected
Documents to be submitted to the Manuscript Delivery Desk:
o A digital version of the manuscript saved in Microsoft Word and in
Adobe Acrobat PDF format in a CD ROM, DVD or USB stick
o A hard copy of the manuscript
o A digital version of the poster or presentation in Adobe Acrobat PDF
format (if desired)
o A Copyright Transfer Agreement Form duly signed by one of the
authors of the paper
