**NOTE: Before being approved for distribution, all flyers/materials must have the following disclaimer
statement printed at the bottom in bold, capital letters. The disclaimer should be no less than a twelve
(12) pt size font.
“THIS ORGANIZATION AND ITS ACTIVITIES ARE NOT RELATED TO OR SPONSORED BY
LAMAR CISD.”
Flyer/material must be submitted for approval 2-weeks prior to event. Flyer/material will not be distributed during
the first two weeks or the last two weeks of the school year.
You will be notified if the flyer/material meets all requirements for distribution. The campus principal has the final
decision on distribution.
Once approved attach a copy of this document with school name for each campus receiving printed materials.
Pre-bundle the flyer/material in stacks of 25 and label by school. The school count is available upon request.
You can either distribute the flyer/material at the campus or deliver to Lamar CISD Mail Center for distribution.
The Mail Center is located at Graphic Arts Development Center, 930 E. Stadium Dr., Rosenberg, TX. To
schedule a drop off please call (832) 223-0340.
