The Hydroswing® door is pre-hung in its own
ASTM 275 steel frame, fabricated and welded to
AWS D1.1 and ISO 9001 standards.
100% shot blasted. Primed in Carboguard 890
Epoxy Primer (depending on region).
Hydraulic rams feature the (HydroLok®) zero drop
safety block.

There are generally two ways to install your door.
Inside or Flush mounting is the most common
type of installation for new buildings.
Flush mounting fits the door inside the building
header and jamb making it flush with the face
of the building.
Outside mounting is common on existing
buildings. Outside mount doors fit against
the face of the building.

PRODUCT Information:
Regular Hydraulic Schematic
• System is filled with light hydraulic fluid SAE 10 or ISO 32 (approximately 3 gallons relative to door size/specification).
(Hydroswing full enclosed cabinet system, see separate specifications sheet)
• If you plan to operate the door with a secondary hydraulic system
(Tractor), be sure you use the same type of hydraulic fluid (Quick release valves must be added at order for this type of exterior power).
•The Pump and motor will be matched to the system. (2hp, 5hp, 7hp up to 20hp depending on
lift weight and electrical input)
• Premium Hydraulic lines (Soft or Hard) are included in the kit as are quality connectors.
•The rams are fitted with premium spherical bearings in the attach ends to add reliability.
•We can supply a range of Hydraulic fluid to match climate temperature and green
environmental controlled areas in operation.
•The door should close or open in 45 seconds to 1 min 30 seconds depending on size.
