General Description

Qorvo’s patented Spatium™ combining technology provides unprecedented Solid State Power Amplifier

(SSPA) performance.

An excellent alternative to Traveling Wave Tube

Amplifiers (TWTA), the Spatium™ KA120W-2731 amplifier operates over the 27 GHz ‐ 31 GHz band achieving a saturated output power (Psat) of greater than 130 Watts at over 25% efficiency. The standard amplifier configuration includes DC Bias circuit and Flex Circuit interconnect.

High performance in such a compact size and weight make it ideal for integration into Satcom BUC’s and other

Microwave subsystems.

Custom configurations and optimized screening conditions are available on request, consult factory.
