Replace batteries Global Power Supply 5383 Hollister Ave # 260, Santa Barbra, CA 93111 805-683-3828, www.globalpwr.com, info@globalpwr.com Global Power Supply Preventative Maintenance Scope of Services Generator Load Bank Services Scope of Work Place generator mode from “Auto” to “Off” position Place automatic transfer switch from “Auto” to “Manual” mode Connect load bank cables on output breaker of generator Start generator Turn on load bank and load generator for 25% of nameplate rating for 30 minutes Record all applicable readings including: voltage, frequency, coolant temp, and oil pressure Followed by 50% of nameplate rating for 30 minutes Record all applicable readings including: voltage, frequency, coolant temp, and oil pressure Followed by 75% of nameplate rating for 60 minutes, for a total of 2 continuous hours Record all applicable readings including: voltage, frequency, coolant temp, and oil pressure Check for frequency deviations and correct accordingly Check voltage stabilization and correct accordingly Check water temperature and oil pressure for stabilization Check for leaks or cracks in generator set Perform a temperature scan on all major components, power connections, and controls Perform a complete visual inspection of all major components. Disconnect load bank cables from output of generator Place automatic transfer switch from “Manual” to “Auto” mode Place generator mode from “Off” to “Auto” position Recommend corrective action if necessary Provide complete Load Bank report summary. Stationary Battery Services Scope of Work Inspect the appearance of the batteries & battery room.
