is proud to offer two Rain Master Control Systems:
 Rain Master iCentral™, an Internet-Based Central Control System
o For use with the Rain Master Eagle-i and Rain Master Eagle-i Plus Controllers
 Rain Master Oasis™, a Computer-Based Central Control System
o For use with the Rain Master Evolution DX2 Controller
Both systems provide a variety of features to help you meet your water management needs.
Rain Master iCentral provides a very flexible water management solution for irrigation managers who
have the job of managing a number of irrigation sites spread over a wide area; i.e., HOAs, business parks,
shopping centers, etc. Programs may be entered or modified either in the field or from the website. The
website is intelligent and automatically informs the operator anytime a field change has occurred. The
website also allows the operator the flexibility to initiate a rain shutdown command to one or more
controllers, modify any controller setup information, and to manually turn on/off any station or program. In
addition to basic control, the user may set up the iCentral website so that weather information is
automatically sent to each controller every day by inputting their respective zip code.
ZipET™, a Rain Master exclusive, provides the ability to collect and disseminate daily weather
information so that your controllers can irrigate intelligently based upon plant material demand for
water, “EvapoTranspiration” or ET. Upon receipt of the weather information, the Rain Master Eaglei or Rain Master Eagle-i Plus controller intelligently modifies scheduled station runtimes by
replacing just enough water to maintain plant water requirements for that day.
Automatic Schedule Generator (ASG) provides all the basic tools necessary to establish watering
parameters based on soil, plant and slope requirements. ASG automatically creates 12 monthly
schedules, each with daily ET adjustments (using ZipET or Weather Center).
Rain Master Oasis is Irritrol’s Premier Central Control System. Not only capable of managing multiple
irrigation sites, it is the next generation of Central Irrigation Water Management due to its unique features
such as Visual Positioning (VP), imaging and mapping, ET (EvapoTranspiration) water management,
WEATHERVIEW™ real time weather and AIM (Advanced Irrigation Management) provides a number of
sophisticated features to allow the irrigation professional to efficiently manage any micro climate.
The Rain Master OASIS VP site mapping tool provides an easy way to visually position and locate all
Rain Master Evolution DX2 field controllers, weather stations, or other field devices. Use the
“zoom” feature and highlight any device or controller and launch programming screens, view alerts,
or use the integrated note pad to note device specific information.

The DX2 Controllers may be used as "Satellites" when operated in conjunction with the OASIS Central Control
System. Whether used as stand-alone controllers or satellites, they can be configured in a variety of enclosure
options with station sizes ranging from 6-48 stations. In some parts of the world, the occurrence of lightning and its
effects on electronics are much more prevalent and severe. In these areas Rain Master recommends using
controllers equipped with the -T option. The -T option (Transient Series) of Rain Master DX2 controllers incorporate
additional components to provide increased protection against lightning-induced transients and includes Rain
Master's limited warranty against any lightning related damages.

Distributor Terms and Conditions
MINIMUM ORDER:
$200 net for whole goods or a combination of whole goods and accessories or parts. $50 net for accessories or parts.
PRICE & SHIPPING TERMS:
All prices are FOB factory and are subject to change without notice. Suggested List Prices do not include any applicable sales taxes.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
All orders may be cancelled ONLY if notification is received three days prior to shipment date.

FREIGHT ALLOWANCE:

TERMS:
All invoices not paid by net due date will be subject to a service charge of no less than 1.5% per month. Late charge will
automatically be assessed on all past due accounts. (18% annual percentage rate).
TITLE AND ASSUMED RISK:
The purchaser assumes possession at factory, after which, injury or destruction of the product as described in the invoice is borne
by the purchaser and damage, loss or destruction shall not release the purchaser from payment responsibilities.
CREDIT:
Payment is required in advance on initial orders until credit has been established with Rain Master.
RETURN OF MERCHANDISE AND RESTOCKING CHARGES:
Merchandise may not be returned without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from the factory. This number must be placed on all
documentation and written on the outside of the carton. All erchandise must be shipped prepaid to Rain Master’s factory and will be subject to
factory inspection and a restocking charge of 25%. All returns of “new” merchandise (non warranty) must be returned in their original carton, in a
like new condition, complete with all manuals and documentation. Any damage caused by shipping or other circumstances, missing manuals and
or documentation, or the replacement of the original carton (due to damage) will be the financial responsibility of the customer and billed in
addition to the 25% restocking fee.
RETURN OF CUSTOM PRODUCTS:
ONLY with written approval and a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from Rain Master. Subject to a 50% restocking charge.

RAIN MASTER® WARRANTY
Excluding software and products formerly produced
under the Rain Master™ brand name, Irritrol® offers
the following coverage to its trade customers:
For the first year from the date of original sale to the
trade customer, “hassle-free” over-the-counter
exchange of products found to have original
manufacturing defects; and
For years two through five from the date of original
sale to the
trade customer, repair or replacement-at our option
and without charge-of all parts which are found to
have original manufacturing defects, provided the
product is returned to the original place of purchase
or sent to the Irritrol repair facility at 5825 Jasmine St,
Riverside CA 92504, at the customer's expense.
All Rain Master “R M E” Series Controllers have a 5year (5-yr) warranty; all other Rain Master products
have a 2-year (2-yr) warranty.
Rain Master Oasis Software has a 90-day warranty. All
computer hardware purchased from Irritrol in
conjunction with its PC related software is NOT
covered by any Irritrol warranty. Computer hardware
and its installed operating system(s) is specifically
covered by the hardware manufacturer's warranty as
provided by the hardware manufacturer.
This warranty does not apply to loss or damage to the
product due to improper installation, abuse,
alteration, mishandling, accident, or if the product has
been serviced by other than Irritrol or its authorized
service centers. This warranty is not a consumer
warranty and does not extend to anyone other than
those trade customers who purchase Irritrol products.
NOTE: Irritrol is not liable for (i) failure of products not
manufactured by Irritrol even though such products
may be sold or used in conjunction with Irritrol
products; (ii) indirect, incidental or consequential
damages, including but not limited
to vegetation loss during periods of malfunction or
resulting non-use; (iii) any loss or damage (e.g.,
property damage) resulting from an installer's
negligence; or (iv) implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental
or consequential damages, so the above exclusion
may not apply to you.
In no event shall Irritrol be liable or in any way
responsible, for any damages or defects in the
product which were caused by repairs or attempted
repairs performed by anyone other than an
authorized Irritrol / Rain Master Service dealer or
center.
This warranty supersedes all previous warranties and
shall be the sole and exclusive warranty granted by
Irritrol and shall be the sole and exclusive remedy
available to the trade customer. Correction of defects,
in the manner and period of time described herein,
shall constitute complete fulfillment of all liabilities
and responsibilities of Irritrol to the trade customer
with respect to the product, and shall constitute full
satisfaction of all claims, whether based on contract,
negligence, strict liability or otherwise.
NOTE: The user is cautioned that changes and
modifications made to the equipment without the
express written consent of the manufacturer will void
this warranty.
