Fixture and ballast cover are constructed of 22
gauge steel. Backpan is constructed of 20 gauge
steel for added rigidity. All fixtures have center
wireway access for wiring from the fixture
center. Housing has mitered corners for a clean
uninterrupted appearance. Fixture can be mounted
to any commercial type ceiling. Fixture can be
pendant mounted.
Ballasts
Energy efficient, thermally protected, automatic
resetting, Class P, high power factor, sound rated A,
magnetic or electronic ballasts. CEE NEMA Premium
compliant.
Electrical
Standard class “P”, thermally protected,
autoresetting HPF ballast, sound rated A. CEE NEMA
Premium compliant. All ballast leads extend a
minimum of 6" through access location. NEC/CECcompliant ballast disconnect is standard.
Finish
All metal parts are finished with a high temperature
baked white enamel after fabrication. All
light reflecting surfaces shall have a minimum
reflectance of 90%. Walnut or custom color
trims are available. Please consult your Columbia
Representative for availability.
Shielding
Standard lens is a 100% acrylic pattern 12. Consult
lens option sheet or your Columbia Representative
for other available options. Door frame is available
in die formed 20 gauge steel or extruded aluminum.
Door opens from either side without the use of
tools. Latches on doors are positive acting spring
loaded steel latches that firmly hold the door in
place.
Certification
All luminaires are built to UL 1598 standards and
bear appropriate UL and cUL or CSA labels. Damp
location labeling is standard. Emergency-equipped
fixtures labeled UL 924.
