and protection. One opening-gesture for 8 éclairs: = it saves times. A closed sachet = inviolability and hygiene.

Remove the éclairs (still quick-frozen) out the flow pack sachet and the tray and let them defrost for 4 hours in a
temperature at 0°C to +4°C.
CONSERVATION :
An optimised expiration date: 3 days at 0°C + 4°+C for defrosting in blister to make easier the stock control.
Delifrance’s recommandations :
24 hours in a fridge or in refrigerated display at 0°C to +4°C
Preserve 3 days (including defrosting) in a fridge or in a refrigerated display at 0°C + 4°C for defrosting in the blister
