LCE Coating is a revolutionary technology that protects heat exchanger coils from corrosion, mould and bacteria in a very effective way. Unlike solvent-based coatings, LCE Coating is a water-based product that brings us two significant improvements: Super Hydrophobic effect and anti-microbial protection. Process that guarantees 100 % penetration & protection. The entire coil is immersed into a liquid form of LCE Coating letting the liquid penetrate even the smallest spaces between fins including fin collar, louvre, heat slots or any other type of forming. 100 % penetration tested on fin block with 24 fins per inch! In addition, all other parts like U-bends, end-plates, side plates, headers, capillaries are coated and protected as well. This layer is capable of withstanding thermal dilatation of the coil without cracking. Elasticity is a critical ability to prevent the creation of small cracks where corrosion begins. With this ability we can be sure that the protection works while the unit is working in real conditions. NO MORE CORROSION Many air units are working in aggressive environments such as ocean coast, food production lines, animal shelters, piggery units and so on where standard protection isn’t enough. LCE Coating offers perfect solution for coils in such environments. SELECTION SOFTWARE The OemBat software is an application developed to select appropriate coils and calculate their parameters. The selection software includes two modules: 1. The calculation of coil capacity for fixed geometrical dimensions (profile, length, material etc.) and variable physical data (temperature, humidity, volume of air and medium etc.). 2. The calculation of coil capacity for fixed physical data (temperature, humidity, volume of air and media etc) and variable geometrical dimensions (profile, length, material etc.). Example: In the case of a cooler with a set input temperature and humidity of air and an input and output temperature of the medium, the program calculates the output temperature and humidity of air, required flow of the medium, pressure losses, connection dimensions etc. Customers registered with us may download the program free of charge from the internet, where updates, if any, are also automatically available. TECHNICAL DRAWINGS Working with the latest software programs, the Design Team at LLOYD COILS EUROPE is able to generate real and exact 3D product models. PRO ENGINEER is a parametric 3D modeling software, making it possible to effectively render drawings of the highest quality. A special application is used to define a wide range of coil types, thus allowing us to automatically create cooling circuits and choose from various options of connecting our products to the customer’s equipment. Prior to the beginning of production, all technical drawings are delivered to the customer for inspection in order to make sure that all requirements have been met.
