Oilless rotary vane compressores / vacuum pumps
Application:
BACCA.
Vacuum pumps and compressores VRT/DRT produce
vacuum and compressed air absolutelly oil-less, for this
reason they are used especially in following sectors:
• automotive industry,
• food processing,
• vacuum manipulations,
• printing and wood industry,
• waste water systems.
BACCA is a serie of oil-free rotary vane vacuum pumps
and compressors. Facilities for vacuum application are
labeled as VRT and for pressure applications DRT. Vacuum
pumps and compressors BACCA are intended for continous
operation and are commonly used in various industrial
applications. The device is supplied in single-phase or three
-phase design. Models DRT 425K and DRT 440K have
installed cooler of outlet pressed air.

• long life of bearings and vanes,

• fine-filter of intake air is included,
• compatibility of some parts with other manufactures,

• Very silent and compact blower with intake and exhaust silencer

• rotors are precisely machined on CNC machines
and dynamically balanced,
• including check valve to avoid any possibility of sucking
water to blower due wrong wiring of phases.
• standard flange type, 4 poles, asynchronous
electromotors are used,
• blower can operate outdoor,
• directly driven by electromotor through flexible clutch
(no belts that require replacement and tensioning)
• electromotor protection IP 55,
• no need of any special seating or mounting, blower has its own silent-blocks, just needs to stand of flat surface.
