Footnote(1) If the insulating equipment has been electrically tested
but not issued for service, it may not be placed into service
unless it has been electrically tested within the previous 12 months.
In Oregon, the testing intervals for rubber insulating
gloves and sleeves is every 3 months.

Recertification Testing Program
(1) Test of Rubber Gloves and Sleeves. Rubber gloves and sleeves shall
be electrically tested at least once every 3 months after they are checked out
for use, and complete records shall be kept of all such tests and date of issue.
Rubber gloves and sleeves not checked out for use within 6 months
shall be retested before being issued.
