Steel conduits are recognized as providing the most mechanical protec on to the enclosed wire
conductors. It is also recognized as an equipment grounding conductor.
We at ITCC produce our conduit by rolling our own tubing from high grade mild steel strips, welding
and hot dip galvanizing it; using our own Zinc-Tech process that combines Zinc, a conversion coat
and an organic coa ng.
The inside of the conduits have a corrosion resistant lubrica ng coa ng for easier wire pulling.
The resulƟng conduit has the following superior characterisƟcs:
• The best corrosion performance of any galvanized product.
• Increased tensile and yield for a stronger product.
• Be er fabrica on proper es: cu ng, bending and welding.
• Meets the Underwriters Laboratories Specifica on UL 6, UL 797 and UL 1242 where applicable.

EMT- ELECTRICAL METALLIC TUBING
ITCC
EMT is a steel raceway of circular cross sec on

IMC - INTERMEDIATE METAL CONDUIT
Made of high quality flat rolled steel and
produced using an electric resistance welding
process. Listed threaded steel raceway of circular
cross sec ons with the coupling which can be
either a standard straight–tapped conduit or
integral type.

steel conduit, they both have the same threads,
use the couplings and fi ngs and also are
permi ed to be used in the same loca ons.
IMC pipes are manufactured in accordance with the latest ediƟon of the following:

Galvanized steel flexible conduit is suitable for
concealed, exposed or approved raceways.
The flexible conduit is manufactured with a
con nuous spiral wound strip of corrosion rust
resistant, hot dipped galvanized steel.
The natural color type RWS conduit features a
smooth metal interior for easy wire pulling. The
flexible steel conduit is wire temperature rated,
and has superior crush proof quali es.
