______ HOURS OF OPERATION: Cabana(s) are reserved for above guest from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. on the date reserved. Cabana(s) are rented at a rate of
$175 per cabana per day, plus 18% gratuity. Fee includes the day use of cabana, fresh fruit platter, & 10 bottles of water. A cocktail server will be assigned
to take care of your food & beverage service.

Piñatas and confetti are not permitted at Oasis Bar or cabanas.
No refunds due to inclement weather.
Wristband policy in affect. Up 6 wristbands will be issued for each cabana.
Cabana rentals may be extended after 7 p.m. at a rate of $25/hour. Food & beverage service will continue during this time. Arrangements must be
made prior to reservation date.
• Cakes must be ordered 72 hours prior to rental. All cake orders must be cancelled 48 hours prior to prevent being charged full price.
• Non-resort food & beverages, ice chests, speakers or karaoke machines are not permitted.
_______ RENTAL FEE WAIVED if guest spends $200 in food & beverage from Oasis Bar. Individual checks will not be accepted to waive rental fee.
All food & beverage must be purchased through assigned server to prevent unauthorized charges.
_______ FOOD & BEVERAGE PURCHASES: Food & beverage (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) are available for purchase from the Oasis Bar. Food &
beverage menus are provided upon arrival.
_______ FINAL CHARGES: Servers will give last call for service at 6:30 p.m. All outstanding checks need to be closed with cash, credit card,
or room charge. Room charges are only permitted if a valid credit card is on file with the front desk. All cabanas must be vacated and personal
belongings removed by 7:30 p.m.
_______ NOTE: GRATUITY & FOOD CONSUMPTION FROM OTHER FOOD OUTLETS WITHIN THE RESORT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS TOTAL.
