The weighted GPA is computed by dividing the sum of the weighted grade points and academic achievement points by the number of credits attempted. The non-weighted GPA is computed by dividing the sum of non-weighted grade points (A=5, B=4, etc.) by the number of credits attempted. Grades earned in physical education and driver education do not count in calculating either GPA.
