Giới thiệu

Công ty TNHH Thƣơng mại Dịch Vụ Kỹ Thuật PHÚ AN đƣợc thành lập năm cuối năm 2009 bởi
các kỹ sƣ và kỹ thuật viên có kinh nghiệm hơn 20 năm trong lãnh vực thang máy.
PHÚ AN chuyên cung cấp , sản xuất , lắp đặt , cải tạo nâng cấp và bảo trì bảo dƣỡng các loại
thang máy và thiết bị nâng.
Với phƣơng châm “Thang máy cho mọi nhà. An toàn và Tiện ích cho mọi người “ , thông qua
các giá trị cốt lõi “ Hiệu quả ,Sáng tạo, Chất lượng, Uy tín” , PHÚ AN không ngừng cải tiến ,
nâng cao năng lực phục vụ khách hàng để luôn nhận đƣợc sự tin tƣởng, hài lòng và sự hợp
tác bền vững .

Mô tả
Báo khi quá tải
Khi thang quá tải, đèn báo trên bảng điều khiển sẽ sáng, chuông reo liên
tục và thang sữ đứng yên tại chỗ, mở cửa để hành khách ra bớt cho
đến khi đúng tải sẽ hoạt động bình thường trở lại
Bảo vệ cửa
Mành tia hồng ngoại suốt chiều cao của cửa bảo vệ hành khách và
hàng hóa tránh bị va đập khi vào hoặc ra khỏi thang
Bộ khống chế vƣợt tốc
Trong trường hợp thang vượt quá tốc độ cài đặt, thì bộ khống chế vượt
tốc sẽ hoạt động đồng thời với phanh của thang để hãm thang dừng lại
Bỏ qua lệnh khi đủ tải
Khi thang đang hoạt động đủ tải, các lệnh gọi thang kế tiếp bên ngoài sẽ
không được thực hiện ngay
Mở lại cửa tầng
Nếu hành khách bấm nút gọi thang tại tầng đang dừng và đang trong
quá trình đóng cửa thì cửa sẽ mở trở lại
Bảo vệ không chạy quá hành
trình
Các công tắc hành trình được gắn để đảm bảo thang không chạy quá
hành trình
Bảo vệ mất pha, ngƣợc pha,
chập pha
Trong trường hợp nguồn điện mất pha hoặc ngược pha, hay điện áp
quá thấp, nguồn điện sẽ tự động ngắt nhằm bảo vệ thiết bị
Đèn & điện thoại cấp cứu
Trong trường hợp nguồn điện bị mất, đèn cứu hộ trong cabin sẽ bật
sáng và hành khách có thể sử dụng chuông hoặc điện thoại (Intercom)
để liện lạc với nhân viên bên ngoài
Đóng / mở cửa nhanh
Hành khách có thể ấn nút đóng hoặc mở cửa nhanh khi thang đang
dừng tại tầng
Chức năng lựa chọn và tổ hợp
chiều hoạt động
Thang sẽ trả lời cuộc gọi mà nó có thể đáp ứng nhanh nhất, ưu tiên sẽ
dành cho cuộc gọi theo chiều thang di chuyển. Các cuộc gọi trong cabin
và bên ngoài sẽ cũng được đáp ứng theo thứ tự và chiều ưu tiên
Đóng / mở cửa tự động
Có thể cài đặt thời gian đóng hoặc mở cửa tự động cho thang
Tiết kiệm điện
Thang sẽ tự động tắt quạt và đèn nếu thời gian nghỉ hoạt động quá 5
phút, và sẽ hoạt động trở lại khi có lệnh gọi
Tự động trở về tầng chính
Sau một thời gian nhất định (cài đặt), nếu không có lệnh gọi nào thang
sẽ tự động trở về nằm chờ ở tầng chính
Hiển thị vị trí
Trên bảng điều khiển trong cabin và ở mỗi tấng, hành khách sẽ được
biết vị trí của thang và chiều đang hoạt động
Chuông báo dừng tầng
Khi thang đến tầng, chuông (điện tử) sẽ báo để hành khách biết đã đến
tầng cần đến
Cứu hộ tự động khi mất điện
nguồn
Khi mất điện nguồn, bộ cứu hộ tự động sẽ hoạt động, lấy nguồn điện từ
ắc quy dự phòng cung cấp cho thang máy, đưa cabin đến tầng gần nhất
và mở cửa để hành khách ra ngoài

Dear customers,
Now-a-days with speedy increasing of economic capabilities and
industrialization are effective to many kinds of our society, and the
most remarkable thing is enlargement, high-rise and high quality of
buildings driven by rapid progress of urbanization. Such remarkable

구동장치인 Wheel은 알루미늄 재질로 핸드레
핸드레일은 고무의 표피층, 철심을 포함한 중심
있으며, 정밀도가 높은 웜기어를 채택하였습니
일과 접점부분을 Rubber Bandage 처리를 하
층, 나일론 마찰층으로 구성되어 마찰계수의 충

The material of floor plate is etched stainless steel

The works below are not included in the elevator installation work and should be carried out by
building contractors in accordance with our drawings, relevant international or local codes and
regulations.

Provision of steel bars to fix jamb around the hoistway entrance of each floor.
Waterproof work inside pit,(Including drainage, if necessary) and finishing work after the
buffers installed.
Provision of entrance or ladder(gangway) for pit access(where necessary for deep pit).
Hoistways
Supply and installation of fall - prevention plate at the hoistway entrances.
Installation of emergency exits and electric wiring in blind sections of hoistway(where required).
A properly framed and enclosed legal hoistway, including venting as required by the governing code or
authority, ready for uninterrupted use by the elevator contractor at an agreed upon DATA.
Adequate guide rail bracket supports and spacing as required by governing code.
From pit floor to underside of an overhead slab, separator beams where required.
Provision of phone wiring from phone sevice and I or remote locations to elevator controllers.
Lifting beam must be installed on the ceiling for hoisting and transfer of heavy equipment.
Noise insulation should be installed between the machine room and adjacent residential areas.
Patching and plastering of all cutouts made necessary by elevator work.
A suitable machine room with legal access. ventilation and concrete floor.
The temperature in the machine room should be maintained between 5 and 40.
Relative humidity should not exceed 90%(monthly) and 95%(daily) non - condensing.
Ventilation shall suit the Elevator Contractor's heat release requirements.
Machine room entrance size shall be 900mm(W) 2000mm(H) and cannot be used as passageway
leading to any other place.
Forced locking system(automatic - closing) shall be furnished.
Main line power supply shall not exceed 5% variance.
Machine
Rooms
A three (3) phase, four(4) wire electrical feeder system with an equipment grounding conductor
terminating in the machine room.
Size of the feeders and grounding conductor to suit elevator power characteristics.
Installation of lead - in wire and earth wire between building main power board and machine room
incoming distribution board.
However, machine room lighting source supply shall be separately installed.
Should operation of the elevators be required on emergency standby power, other are to provide an
emergency power unit and means for starting it, and deliver to the elevator main switch(MCCB) at the
controller in the machine room, sufficient power to operate one or more elevators at a time at full rated
speed.
Provide necessary transfer switch(es) to switch from normal power supply to emergency power supply,
in the event of normal power supply failure.
Provide normally closed contact(s) and wiring from transfer switch(es) to one(1) elevator controller
within each group.
Suitable light fixture and convenience outlets in machine room with light switches.
The receptacles shall have ground fault circuit interrupter protection.
Provision of fire extinguishers(per governing codes).
