SERVICE
Subproject: Cau Dua Pumping Station
1. Basic for Preperation of Cost Estimation
- Decree No. 205/2004/NĐ-CP dated 24/12/2004 of Prime Minister regulating on wage level and
tables, and allowances for state-own enterprises;
- Circular No. 18/2010/TT-BLĐTBXH regulating on wages of domestic consulting experts for
consultance package and for applying time-based contract belonging projects funded by state budget
issued by Ministry of Labour, Invalid and Society
- Based on Decision No. 395/QĐ-BNN-HTQTdated 11/02/2010 of Ministry of Argicultural and Rural
Development regarding approval for Investment Project "the Strengthening Water Management and
Irrigations Systems Rehabilitation Projects" funded by ADB and AFD;
- Decision No. 1402/QĐ-BNN-TCTL dated 14/6/2012 of Ministry of Argicultural and Rural
Development regarding approval for Investment SubProject of Cau Dua Pumping Station under project
of the Strengthening Water Management and Irrigations Systems Rehabilitation Projects;
- Based on Circular No. 97/TT-BTC dated 06/7/2010 regarding regulation of allowance standards, cost
standards for orgnization of workshops on government agancies and public-work enterprise;
- Based on Decision No. 957/QĐ-BXD dated 29/09/2009 regarding anouncement of management fee
rates for project management and project construction consultancies;
