Note:- Students name, Registration No., Address and Centre’s name should be clearly on the back side of the D.D. Examination & Certificate Issuing Procedure... F or each semester examination will be held in two terms of 100 marks of each. A student has to secure minimum 30% marks in each section for qualifying the terminal examination. Terminal examinations will be held after completion of each and every part of module. The students who does not qualify in one sitting will be given one more chance for appearing re-exam for the module he/she did not clear by paying Rs. 150/- as re-exam charges. Under any circumstances, the students who remains absent in the exams has to pay a penalty of Rs. 100/-, no reasons for the same will be fortified. The students can appear for the final exam only after clearing all the module exams successfully. No re-exam facility is available for the final diploma exam. After completion of the course a final diploma exam will be conducted by TGi. Students who secure 30% and above in this exam will only be eligible for the certificate. Batch and Centre Transfer... A student has to specify his/her batch timings at the time of registration and has to follow the same timings for both theory as well as practical till the completion of his/her course. But on certain conditions and seeing to his/her problem, batch transfer may be allowed once. So it is asked to the students not to apply for batch transfer if the condition can be tackled and keep this facility for the time when he/she will be really in need of it. The management takes every measure for the good career of the student for which the student’s cooperation is needed. The identity card endorsed by the centre should be present with the student within the institute premises. The student should attend all the theory and lab classes regularly. If a student remains absent for more than 5 consecutive classes without any prior written information, shall be subjected to cancellation of registration. In such cases a student has to take readmission by paying a fine of Rs. 250/-. Proper discipline has to be maintained within the Institute premises.
