done and the complexity involved.
Trade mark applications can be very straight forward but unexpected complications may also arise. Extra cost is
charged for work done on urgent basis or in case of unexpected complication. Separate / stage by stage cost
quotation should be sought for each individual contentious matter (e.g. opposition, cancellation, infringement).
All other costs or charges are calculated on a time spent basis.
We assume the exchange rate of the above charges is USD1 = HKD7.5.
