PROGRAMMABLE MICRO-PROCESSOR AUTOMATION
Industrial computer provides extensive automation for all HUBSCRUB cleaning and infection control functions.
Software is programmed to protect electro-mechanical devices and assisting operations. New features and regulatory changes are easily made by inserting updated memory cartridge.
CHEMICAL CENTER/ELECTRONICS CABINET
Cabinet located in the back of the unit houses three compartments. The lower compartment contains chemical containers that are used for cleaning, disinfection and rinsing. The middle compartment are the chemical dispensing components. The top compartment is the electronics compartment. A see through window displaying light indicators on the computer can be used to see each active operation. Electronics, chemical dispensing components and containers are all easily accessible.
DISINFECTANT PACKAGE
Push button switch that illuminates when disinfection has been selected. Metering pump for dispensing disinfectant, foam control and rinse to clean chemical lines from residue build up. EPA registered hospital grade quaternary disinfectant. Low chemical sensor to ensure correct dilution ratio. Multiple selections of contact time.
Accreditation approved process.
DOOR WINDOW
A large door window provides a complete visual look at the system process while working. If anyone was accidentally locked into the wash chamber, the door window can be pushed out easily.

QUICK DISCONNECT SPRAY ARMS
Two general purpose spray arms with disconnect couplings for easy removal. Spray arm assembly includes filters to keep nozzles free from clogging. Each spray arm is configured with five (5) spray nozzles.
ROTATING SPRAY SYSTEM
Rotating spray arms travel on both sides of the wash chamber. Spray nozzles are positioned to spray along the sides of equipment, front, and when rotated in the up position spray down onto equipment. While side spray arms are rotating, back spray nozzles are rotating up and down the back side of equipment. Rotation speed is set at a constant speed. An optional variable speed control is available.
1HP BOOSTER WASH PUMP
1HP industrial booster pump produces 40 to 50 pounds of nozzle spray pressure to clean faster and better.
AUTOMATED DRAINING SYSTEM
1/3hp industrial pump drains waste water from HUBSCRUB’s internal sink to external drain line or sink. Capable of draining up 4-5 feet above floor height.
AUTOMATED CHEMICAL DISPENSING SYSTEM
Detergent, rinse drying aid and disinfectant chemicals are accurately dispensed by a metering pump controlled by the micro-processor. Rinse drying aid insures no spotting, fast drying and includes a rust inhibitor. Water purging after chemical dispensing keeps chemical lines clean from chemical residue buildup.

LOW CHEMICAL SENSOR ALERT SYSTEM
Light indicator informs operator when chemical containers are empty.
AUTOMATED FILTER CLEANING
Filter for wash pump and spray nozzles are automatically cleaned for every cycle providing non-stop production cleaning. Replacing filter cartridges is not required saving time and costs.
13’ WATER SUPPLY HOSE
1/2" hose rated at 200 PSI and 180+ degree water temp. One end includes a garden hose connection with filter to the faucet while the other end connects to HUBSCRUB using a garden hose connection with filter. Length of hose is

3/4" hose rated at 200 PSI and 180 degree water temp. One end connects to HUBSCRUB using a garden hose connection while the other end is placed into a sink or drain pipe. Length of hose is 13'.
DOOR SAFETY SWITCH
If the door is opened while the system is running, the system will stop to prevent accidental splashing of water.
GROUND FAULT CIRCUIT PROTECTION
A ground fault interrupt circuit is connected to the power receptacle in the event power needs to immediately shut off for safety reasons.
CASTER WHEELS FOR UNIT MOBILITY
Two (2) swivel and two fixed 1 1/4 X 4" heavy duty caster wheels move HUBSCRUB with ease and accommodates very tight areas.
HEAVY DUTY POWER CORD
An industrial 14 gauge power cord connects to standard wall outlet and to HUBSCRUB .
MOBILITY HANDLES
Two handles conveniently mounted on each side of the door to easily move HUBSCRUB from one location to another by one person.
OPERATOR PANEL SELECTION
Selections include; Start, Stop, and Empty functions. Light indicators display system status at all times.
STANDARD WASH AND RINSE CYCLES
Cleaning and rinsing cycles included in the base software.
MULTIPLE CLEANING CYCLES
3 position selection switch offers Quick, Normal or Long cleaning cycles with automated dispensing of detergent based on soil conditions.
AUTOMATED DIAGNOSTICS PACKAGE
Each HUBSCRUB includes diagnostic programs to test each device.

VARIABLE ROTATING SPRAY ARMS
Adding a variable speed control allows the user to adjust the speed of the rotating spray arms. Adjustment includes slow to fast speed and a pause selection. Variable speed control is useful for high production cleaning and deep cleaning when required.
UNDER SPRAY SYSTEM
A recessed spray nozzle with a wide cone spray pattern for cleaning under carriage and un-reachable surfaces that are typically missed.
MANUAL SPRAY ATTACHMENT
Convenient hand held spray attachment offers pre-spray cleaning for heavily soiled equipment or general purpose miscellaneous cleaning. Chemical line attached to mix chemical and a shut off valve for rinsing.
MAINTAIN HOT WATER HEATER
When cleaning is done throughout the day with breaks in between usage, water heater maintains hot water approx. 110 F to continue quality cleaning for wash cycle.
LIGHTED WASH CHAMBER
Bright LED lights are installed in the wash chamber provided light to observe the system in operation. Lights are connected to a constant power source provided light whenever the system is powered on.
PARTS CLEANING
Spray systems rotate only in the lower region to maximize cleaning of parts such as foot rests, cushions, rehab parts, etc.
IN-FIELD OPTIONS
PARTS BASKET
Basket accommodates a number of parts. 5" swivel caster wheels raise the basket off the floor for effective under spray cleaning.
HUBSCRUB MAT AND TOWEL
A 44" X 96" towel attaches to a similar size vinyl mat with Velcro for easy removing. Mat and towel are placed under door to collect water when the door is opened. Ideal for locations that require control of water and safety concerns. Easy removal of towel for washing and drying.
POWER DRY
Used as a faster solution to dry equipment. This handheld blower is a handy tool to complement your
HUBSCRUB . The Power Dry plugs into a standard wall outlet and allows you to power off the excess water left behind from washing so turn-around time can be decreased.
RAMPS
Two four (4) foot ramps are connected to a receiving plate under the wash chamber door. Ramps provide a very easy method of rolling in equipment such as wheelchairs, strollers or any other equipment on wheels. The ramps are adjustable for width. When not needed, the ramps can be stored right under the unit.

All parts that are not subject to operator mis-handling, mis-use or where operating instructions were not followed resulting in damage to the part are warranted 100% for one year.
1 YEAR 100% LABOR WARRANTY
Any part that requires labor to repair or replace a part during the first year of purchase is warranted 100%. This excludes any part that was mis-handled or mis-used or where operating instructions were not followed resulting in damage to the part.
LIFETIME SUPPORT
As long as the original owner uses HUSCRUB, we will provide support at no charge to assist the user with trouble shooting, identifying the problem, guiding how to fix the problem through supporting documentation, pictures, telephone or email correspondence
IN-SERVICE TRAINING
If in-depth training is requested for maintenance, repair or operations, we will provide a resource at your facility for only our travel and lodging costs.
