Controversy
Dr. Chaitanya Singh
The Indian beauty and the World Doubles
No 5 Sania Mirza again dragged into the controversy after a gap. In India controversies
will be behind fame and beauty. Not to say
that this became the ideology of most of
the people to argue, to pin up and to raise
finger among the personalities who ramp
on red carpets.
Whereas Sania is facing this kind of
arguments and controversies from her
upcoming days. When she use to play,
the controversy raised for her tiny
clothes and again she was in boom
for insulting the National flag.In
fact it’s was a storm of controversies from entire country,
when she married to Pakistani cricketer Shoaib
Malik. If she would be a
normal girl,no one would
have known about it, but
because of being a star
all of us dint missed an
opportunity to comment
on her. Now again she is hurtful and upset on the ongoing
debate after being announced
the ‘Brand Ambassador’ of
Telangana State.
Telangana is a newly formed state
and for a hype in entire globe the government have selected this face. Apparently, for a new state the star like Sania is
like a hot cake, but it’s unfortunate that the
issue became a hot topic of the season. In
fact after the elections the political parties are
active on regional level also and this is impact
that leaders of the BJP and Congress condemned against the government decision. Why
the people not opposed when Sania represented
India and why they have not commented when she
won the medals. In fact the whole country celebrated
her success .How can it be ignored that because of
Sania Hyderabad got a prestigious position in the field of
sports. These kind of controversies will defiantly disturb her game and her married life.Might be!
What will people do if she leave the country! So be positive and just stop commenting on the
icons like Sania, who are the inspiration for coming generations. So be positive and kill the
controversy.

“Opening Batsman”
is in safe zone
August(MR)Though many contradictions came across, but the IPS
officer J.V.Ramudu succeed to be a
first police chief of Andhra Pradesh.
Moreover the officer is also in the safe
zone after the two senior officers
T.P.Das and S.A.Huda names got
approved for Telengana cadre by the
MHA,who were challenging his posting in CAT.
It will be for the first time in the
Andhra and second time in entire
South India after Tamil Nadu that an
officer is posted for next two years. It’s
a luck of the officer that he got the
opportunity to sit at the prestigious
post for next two years irrespective
of the date of his superannuation. But
some of the officers, who are senior to him, are still not accepting it.They are
in a mood to continue the legal battle till the permanent allotment. So, friends
it’s just an interval, picture abi baki hai.........!
Aadab ! Main hoon
Mahender Reddy...!
August(MR)Now a days the city police chief
M.Mahender Reddy and his speeches in Urdu
language is on screen. As earlier it was in discussion in power corridors that the officer doesn’t
know the said languages and in this aspect how
come the officer will communicate with the people
in Urdu. But to utter surprise, the officer gave his
speech in Urdu in the city police Dawaat-e-Iftaar,
and from there it was continued on many other
occasions. Now the discussion is, how come the
officer learned Urdu so early and what is the fanda
behind this ?
Ali Baba ka ‘Khazana’
August(MR)Thanks to Cv.Anand for arranging the ‘Khazana’ exhibition of the famous
gang of olden days, ‘ali baba chalis chor’...!
Don’t be confused, its real.Last month this exhibition was held in the premises of Cyberabad
police, where all gold and silver ornaments were
displayed before media.Hope all media guys
agree with us because these much gold and
silver is only seen in the gufa of ‘khul ja sim
sim’. But the fact is that the police caught the
notorious gang and recovered kg’s of silver
and gold ornaments from them ,which was produced before the media. That’s it...! Inauguration of ‘central criminal data collection centre’
and cops rewards for their best services is the
another outstanding initiative from Mr.Anand. Overall superb performance
by the officer.
*Most of the officers are making all their efforts to make CM, KCR
happy. In fact some of the officers are maintaining good relations with the
leaders, who are close to the CM.Some of them are burning their midnight oil
and inspite of showing anger they are moving coolly with smiling faces.
*Earlier many of the officers were hesitating to work in Andhra, but now
they feel to be lucky to work for TDP government.Did the government
changed the system of working or the government is taking some time to
interfere in the administration and policing.
* “Big reshuffle in Andhra government”, but does it mean before the
cadre allocation,which is on cards.
*Is it true that,KCR and KTR are taking guidance from IAS J.Raymond
Peter on many crucial issues.Might be..!
*Why the officers were feared off, after knowing the news of allotment of
T.P.Das and S.A.Huda in Telengana cadre.
*Why IPS officer B.Prasada Rao didn’t moved to court against his transfer, though he is the one, who has been selected through UPSC.Why the
officer is kept quite.
* Why the IPS officer Krishna Prasad suddenly picked out form CID.What
might be the reason to transfer such a lively officer ? Rumors making
rounds...!
*The RR Dist Collector B.Sreedhar posted as a Director for eSeva. What
is the reason ? As per the rumors his transfer is political.
*As the T government is to purchase numbers of vehicles for state
police. In this aspect some of the representatives from Toyota and Suzuki
went to meet Cv.Anand.What happened, the officer showed them the door
and seriously said not to meet him again.
* Is it true that, IAS officer J.Shyamala Rao shifted from Water Board
because of political interference. What ever, the officer services to the board
was exceptional, one has to appreciate it.
*City police chief M.Mahender Reddy is named as a “raat ka raja”.Why
because he is the one officer, who is working till late night in the office.Wow...!
*It could be the party or any get together the officers are especially discussing
about one topic ki ‘when and in what way the allocation will be done’...!
*South zone DCP Sarvasreshta Tripathi done it again. He deserves the
clap for his efforts for Iftaar party.
*It is a rumor or fact, that some of the officers in the city police are not
feeling comfortable. What might be the reason !
Stunning Somesh
August(MR) The last edition heading ‘So much from Somesh’ was quite in discussion in the corridors of power. In
fact this month the hard core officer is again on screen for his superb performance by keeping the demolition drive
in continue inspite of many political pressures.
The another surprising news is , the GHMC, Commissioner Somesh Kumar is also a good writer, which was
confirmed when the officer presented one of his book “ Methods for Community Participation” to the Chief Minster
KCR.This is a popular book on participatory planning which has been reprinted 14 times. The book has been
translated into Japanese as well. This is one of the example of his effective writing.
Now feel the HEAT
August(MR) It’s a news for the staff officer
and the employees of the GHMC,who are working under the three new tough IAS officers P.S.
Pradyumna,Dr.Ahmed Babu and Dr.
Satyanarayana, who recently joined the Corporation under the leadership of Somesh Kumar,
Commissioner. We can say the most toughest
officers team ever in the Corporation. So ‘brothers’ be prepare to feel the heat….!
P.S.Pradyumna, IAS has served in various
capacities such as Joint Collector, Warangal, CEO, Rythu Bazaars and Collector, Nizamabad. Dr.Ahmed Babu was
the key person and back bone for much lauded “Arogyasri” programme and he has a vast knowledge of IT. Earlier
the officer was on screen for his excellent performance as a Collector of Adilabad Dist. Dr. N. Satyanarayana has 18
years of service in Municipal administration, which will definitely help for overall development. What a team…! Good
luck to the officers.
Hum Saat Saat Hai....
August(MR)It’s a coincident that the senior IPS officers
T.P.Das and S.A.Huda are ‘saat saat’ from the day of provisional posting. Firstly both the officers were posted to
Andhra and then both of them joined their hands to go for a
legal battle against the appointment of DG’s of both the
states. In fact the same batch officers were mum on this
issue. And now see the coincident that the MHA approved
provisional posting of them to Telangana State.Kya baat
hai...!Ladenge saat mey aur rahenge saat mey.
As per our ‘khabri lal’ after this posting both the officers
seems to be more confident than earlier and planning to
continue the legal battle without any compromise. Both the
officers are moving forward in the guidance of former bureaucrats, who are also their legal advisers. This is helping
them to fight logically in many terms. Let’s see till what extend this battle goes on.Till then murmur this heart touch song of Himesh Reshamiya “Dard dilo ke kam ho jate, Mai
aur tum gar hum ho jate....!
Charisma Continues…
August(MR)The I&PR Commissioner Dr.R.V.Chandravadan is
known for his own working style in the corridors of power. He is the
versatile officer and that’s the reason the government has consider
his name for another post, which will be a addl. charge. The 1993 batch
officer has been given add. charge of Mission Director, REEM.So, the
officer charisma continues, what more can be quoted than this for
him.
Totally Unexpected
August(MR)It’s was unexpected from the government
to picking out two dynamic IAS officers from crucial
posts.Water Board MD J.Shyamala Rao and RR Dist Collector B.Sreedhar simultaneously posted to Rajiv Vidya
Mission and eSeva. As per the records both the hard core
officers were known for their sincerity in the
bureaucracy. In fact their services were exceptional, but
with some reason the government have transferred them.
Hopefully in coming days the Government will utilize their
services and experience for a better results. In general , if
the government desires better then it has to play a impartial role while posting the officers.

the boundary. As every one knows that the officer took on the Sonia Gandhi’s son-in-law Robert
Vadra in Haryana. Now the officer will be soon getting the Central posting as Jt. Secretary. So just
imagine about his next boom. Apparently his request was accepted only after the PMO intervened into the matter. The officer is now awaiting posting orders from the Central government.
However, sources in the government indicated that the officer would either be posted in the PMO

NABARD cuts interest rate by 0.20%
to boost agri investment
The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural
Development (NABARD) has reduced interest rate
by 0.20 per cent on long-term refinance facility provided to banks, with a view to promoting investment
in agriculture. “The revised interest rates on refinance now stands at 9.50 per cent for 5 years and
above and 9.70 per cent for 3-5 years period,”
NABARD chairman Harsh Kumar Bhanwala said in
a statement. He said the banks availing more than

Court for his removal – but a young IAS officer has taken everything in his stride to take on the powerful builders’
lobby in the state.
Backed by the judiciary to the hilt, the 2005batch officer Kuldeep Narayan, who is currently
posted as the PMC commissioner, has instituted
vigilance cases against 447 builders and landowners, including the controversial JD(U) legislator
Anant Singh on the charge of constructing highrises in violation of building laws.
Many illegal properties are facing imminent
demolition now. The PMC on Monday began the
demolition of two flats on the fourth floor of Leelavati
Janki Villa Apar tment in the posh Boring
Canal Road area, after it was found that the developer had built the fourth floor without the PMC sanction. The demolition took place on the day the Patna
High Court declined to remove Narayan from
his post while hearing a plea of seven corporators
who had accused him of not discharging his duties
properly. But a division bench rejected their plea,
making it clear the commissioner would continue
his duty “to dispose of the vigilance cases against
the deviant high-rises”.
This was not the first time when a court was
moved to seek the transfer of the 34- year-old officer. Late last year, the state had filed a special
leave petition in the SC seeking to overturn the order of the Patna High Court which had stayed
Narayan’s transfer until the disposal of the vigilance
cases. But the Supreme Court refused to intervene.
While hearing a PIL filed by a Patna resident
Narendra Mishra in May last year, the court had
directed the PMC to take action against the violators of building laws. The PMC conducted a survey
and served notices on the owners and builders of
447 high-rises that were found to have
flouted norms.
