Designed to improve overall well-being by increasing strength, stamina and flexibility. Balance & Strength- Utilizing the bosu ball, TRX & free weights you will be sure to get a total body, strength and balance workout. The TRX is a revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Circuit Boxing- This circuit workout combines traditional boxing moves with upper-body strength training to develop cardiovascular fitness, balance, coordination, agility and quickness. Get lean and strong while leaving stress behind Cycle & Core – Combine the benefits of a traditional indoor cycling class with the functional benefits of core strength and release the muscles after a vigorous cycling workout. Express Core- Learn new ways to tighten up your midsection & strengthen your lower back with this 20 minute functional core class. Express H.I.I.T- Spend 30mins in this High Intensity Interval Training Class and you will have earning your weekend! Interval training is a highly efficient way to burn calories & increase cardiovascular capacity. Intense work efforts will be followed by moments of recovery. All levels are welcome to this very challenging workout. Indoor Cycle – Utilizing our state of the art Keiser bikes, this class simulates the outdoor riding experience with endurance rides, hill climbs, sprints and isolation exercises designed to improve lower body strength. This is a great class to improve cardiovascular fitness as well as excellent cross training for runners & athletes. Muscle Mix–This class will include strength training & cardio exercises to challenge your muscles. You will utilize equipment such as the Bosu Ball, free weights, barbells, steps and stability balls. Pilates- This all levels class will build flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. Improve your balance and your posture with this traditional mat workout. Shred – This strength class utilizes barbells to develop muscular endurance, burn calories and overcome training plateaus. Carefully choreographed exercise sequences work all large major muscle groups utilizing tempo changes, variable weight selections and great motivational music to keep you moving in the right direction. Slow Flow Yoga - A traditional vinyasa yoga taken at a slower pace, with focus on long holds and precise body alignment in each pose. This practice will encompass using breath to link the movement and holds. Strength Circuit – A strength workout building function and mobility of the whole body. This class is a great way to familiarize yourself with new exercises and functional movements on the 3rd floor! Strength Training-This class will include strength training & cardio exercises to challenge your muscles. You will utilize equipment such as the Bosu Ball, free weights, barbells, steps and stability balls. Vinyasa Yoga – This is the most common form of yoga and encompasses breath-synchronized movements with poses that run together to create a flow. Expect movement patterns that develop flexibility, strength, and endurance. Water Exercise – This pool based class works to increase your strength, flexibility, core muscles and cardiovascular conditioning.
