This guide was compiled for new hires as a quick reference tool as you begin your journey with Crowe Horwath LLP. If

Welcome to the Crowe Horwath Team in Cleveland!
General Office Information
Personnel: The Cleveland office employs approximately 40 personnel
representing the Audit, Financial Advisory Services, Enterprise Solutions,
Financial Institutions, Marketing Development and Sales, Performance,
SALT, and Risk Consulting business units.
Client Base: Cleveland personnel serve a wide variety of clients. Crowe
Horwath has the dominant market share of community banks through
Northeast Ohio while serving many mid-sized and large banks through its
Risk practice. Many of Cleveland’s up-market clients are served by our Risk
Consulting practice.
Office History: The Cleveland office was established in 1994 in Mayfield
Heights, Ohio. The office moved downtown in December 2009 to improve
brand awareness and provide easier networking opportunities with other
professional service providers.
Conference Room/Workspace Usage
The Cleveland office utilizes Space on Demand to manage our conference
rooms and work spaces. Booking in advance is recommended as space is
limited. Reservations can be made via Space on Demand or by emailing
Christine Green or Kris Rispoli.
To make a reservation, type “spaceondemand” in InCrowe’s advanced
search field or click “Applications” on InCrowe’s popular search area then
scroll down to Space on Demand.

Network Access: Wired or wireless access is available to employees and
guests.
Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
 Wired Access: Ethernet ports are available for usage. Please contact the
front desk administrator if assistance is required.
 Crowe Wireless (CW): See the front desk administrator for assistance.
 Guest Wireless (GW): Account information can now be retrieved via the
IS Self Service page under Guest Wireless Password. For non-Crowe
computers, a User Name and Password is required to log in. This
information may be obtained from a Crowe employee, or alternately by
contacting the office front desk administrator.
An in-suite kitchen in the office
provides tea, coffee and chilled
water at no charge. A vending
machine provides snacks and
cold beverages for $.50 cents.

Living in Cleveland
Cleveland is home to three professional sport franchises: the Cleveland
Indians, the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Playhouse
Square downtown offers off-Broadway productions, concerts and other live
entertainment. The Natural History Museum, the Cleveland Museum of Art,
and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame call Cleveland their home. Be sure to
visit the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and Rain Forest. Both are open all year
except January 1 and December 25.

Temporary/Short-Term Housing Information
If you are looking for temporary or short-term housing, there are options
available at Cleveland State during summer. The address is 2121 Euclid
Avenue, which is about 5 minutes from the office. Pricing is

Commuting and Mass Transit
Regional Transit Authority (RTA) operates bus and rapid transit routes in the
Greater Cleveland area. RTA also runs a free trolley service around the
downtown area.
Parking at the Local Office
Cleveland employees may park at the 515 Euclid Parking Garage at the
corner of E. 6th Street and Euclid Avenue free of charge. You must bring
the ticket you receive when you first enter the garage into the office and
validate it at the kiosk in the reception area. Present the validated ticket to
the garage attendant when you exit the garage. The garage does not give inand-out privileges. Week day rates are $12.00/Day and $8.50 on Saturdays
and Sundays. No personal use of the parking spaces is permitted.
