Module / Array Cleaning System
2nos. 2HP, BIS approved submersible pumps shall be
installed with suitable boring at the plant site along with
water headers at suitable points in the array field
underground embedded under main pipes in the array
field. Suitable nos. of water outlets with array installed
piping for modules cleaning through automatic spray
water cleaning mechanism shall be provided through C
class GI ISI approved pipes. The header to be suitably
designed for pressurized water supply for modules
successful cleaning. Bidder to submit complete design
and drawing for approval. For the office complex,
overhead HDPE tanks of suitable size with pipes and jet
pumps of 1HP 2 nos. shall be installed.
FURNITURE AND FURNISHINGS:
One Office to be retained by PEDA shall be furnished
with:
i. One Large Office table with office chair, 6 chairs, 2
Almirahs, 1 small office table with chair and one 4
seater office sofa (Godrej make).
ii. Venetian blinds for windows and fans, one split AC
of 1.5Ton.
iii. Complete crockery set for office pantry, small water
cooler, small fridge, tea / coffee electric kettle.
iv. Security Office to be furnished with: One Office table
with Chair and 4 chairs with 1 Almirah. 1 Fan and 1
water cooler.

so on, you have mentioned that “indicated /
specified / listed in Bid Data Sheet”. But in the
tender document, Section 3, Did Data Sheet is
not available.

In the Clause No. 10.3, you have mentioned “ in
accordance with the ITB Clause 11.2”, but the
same is not available in the ITB in Clause No. 11.
iii.
In the Clause No. 15, you have mentioned
“pursuant to ITB Clause 15.7”, but the same is
not available in the ITB in Clause No. 15.
iv.
In the Clause No. 15,18 & 19.2, you have
mentioned “ Bidder’s forfeiture of its bid security
(Cl.15), its bid security, may be forfeited (Cl 18) &
those concerning Bid Security (ITB Clause 15)
(Cl. 19.2)”, but in the tender document, bid
security amount, validity and mode of BG etc are
not available.

In the Clause No. 19.2, you have mentioned
“Applicable Law (GCC Clause 31)”, but the same
is not available in the ITB in Clause No. 11.

In the Clause No. 20.3, you have mentioned
“price quoted in accordance with ITB Clause
11.2”, but the same is not available in the ITB in
Clause No. 11.

In the Clause No. 20.3, you have mentioned
“specified in the Bid Data Sheet, and quantified in
ITB Clause 22.4”, but the same is not available in
the ITB in Clause no. 22.

Bid Form and Price Schedule: In the Bid form
and price schedule, you have mentioned “the
