ANNEXURE–A Technical Specifications and Compliance Sheet Sr Specifications Complied / Deviation Not complied (If any) Technical Specification for Racks, Precision Cooling system, Fire Detection, Suppression & Alarm System and Water Leak Detection System: 1 Racks & Precision cooling system should be of same make. 2 The 42U rack should be designed to meet the safety requirements of the modern data centre. 3 Both the front and rear door should have got a comfort handle with different locking options. 4 The rack should be suitable for baying to a high performance cooling rack, with automatic door opening system integrated for emergency purpose. 5 Cable entry should be entered via the roof plate and via the gland plate without affecting the climatic conditions inside the rack. 6 Server and Network racks should be of IP54 category with certification for dust and water protection. 7 The rack should have glazed front door, divided sheet steel door at the rear, solid, multi-piece roof plate for side cable entry on both sides, open base frame, without side panels. 8 The rack should have two 19” mounting levels, front and rear, on depth stays. Complete earthing kit should be supplied with rack. The Rack should have security lock base mount, gland plates. 9 All frame sections of the rack should be with integral system punching on a 25 mm DIN pitch pattern, which allows convenient interior installation by simple fitting and securing of equipment. 10 The rack should have Multi-piece roof plate for side cable entry via brush strips across the entire enclosure depth. Roof plate for retrofitting, removable despite already made cable routing. 11 The rack should have Cut-out for accommodating a fan module already integrated and closed by a cover. For supporting the passive ventilation it should be possible to raise the cover by means of spacers. 12 Rear mounting angles of the rack should be prepared for both-sided accommodation of a Power Distribution Unit (PDU) in 1 U form factor for enclosure electrification, without waste of installation volume. 13 Rack should have UL, CUL approvals. 14 The PDU rating should be 96 amps with 48amp X 2 circuts. Sr Specifications 15 The PDU shall be mounted vertically in Racks and should occupy Zero U of rack space.Units that mount vertically shall be optimized to fit in Racks. 16 PDU shall have IEC industrial Socket for input power connection and IEC C13 and C19 sockets for output connections minimum 20 in number. 17 Each rack should have C13 power outlets 24nos and C19 power outlets 8nos. 18 The vertical busbar should be H-shaped aluminium section. It should have Shock-hazard-protected design. 19 The PSM 6-way IEC320 plug-in module should have 6 power outputs with black IEC320 C 13 slots without fuses. 20 The PSM 4-way IEC320 C19 plug-in module should have 4 power outputs with black IEC320 C19 slots including over current protection. 21 The rack should be equipped with Temperature, Humidity, smoke and Water leakage sensors. 22 Precision Cooling System for Rack should be Dx based in-rack cooling up to 12KW. 23 The design of the precision cooling system should optimised for data centre use. 24 Precision Cooling System should have integrated air/water heat exchanger and should be mounted on the side of the rack. 25 Precision Cooling System should be capable for providing cooling for 2 Racks. 26 Precision Cooling System should have 4 integrated EC Fan Modules for maximum efficiency and minimum electrical energy consumption. Fans should be hot swappable. 27 The air/water heat exchanger and rack should remain separate from each other to eliminate the risk of water penetrating into the rack. 28 Precision Cooling System should have integrated condensate and leakage management. 29 Precision Cooling System should have intelligent sensor network to monitor the air and water temperatures, water follow rate and leakage management. 30 Precision Cooling System should have Fan module for Capacity expansion. 31 Precision Cooling System should have touch display. 32 Precision Cooling System should have connection hose, top/bottom. 33 Precision Cooling System should be able to monitor temperature, Humidity, Smoke & Water Leakage. A BACnet link should be possible as an option. 36 The fire suppression system should be Novec 1230 based fire suppress system. 37 The fire suppression system should be Rack Based system. 38 The fire suppression system should be equipped with a 2-stage smoke analysis extractor system. 39 The eco-friendly, non-toxic (NovecTM1) 1230 should be used as the extinguisher medium in the fire suppression system. 40 Sensitive hardware such as servers, storage and switches should not impaired by the extinguisher medium. 41 While opening an enclosure door, activation of the extinguisher system should be blocked by the two access sensors (door monitoring). 42 The fire suppression system should comply IP 20 to EN 60 529 Protection category. 43 The fire suppression system should have 3.2Kg Novec TM 1230 Extinguisher. 44 The fire suppression system should have 2 scattered-light sensors with different sensitivities. 45 The fire suppression system should have manual trigger input. 46 The fire suppression system should have extinguisher blocking input via door contact. 47 The fire suppression system should have Prealarm, Fire, extinguishing, collective fault outputs. 48 Water Leak Detection System complete with sensors, wiring connections, I/O modules, alarm modules, control panel, etc. 49 Monitoring and control software with email and SMS alert to be supplied. Technical Specification for CCTV Surveillance & Access Control System: 1 The CCTV surveillance and access control system should include One CCTV Camera, One 04 Channel DVR, One bio-metric and proximity card based Access control System. 2 Indoor Dome IR Camera should be 600 TVL Sony CCD, 3.6mm Fixed lens, Auto White Balance, Auto Gain Control, Back Light Compensation, Wide Dynamic Range, CE, FCC & RoHS Certified Indoor Dome IR Camera. 3 04 Channel DVR should be capable for D1 Recording and remote viewing whenever required. 4 The Access Control system should be based on combination of Biometric and Proximity card Readers (with PIN and without PIN). 5 The Access Control System should have minimum false denial of access.
