* Submit application documents to the Office for International Study Program
through the exchange program office of your home institution.
* Application forms are available at:

Vietnamese).
+ For international students who attend courses, please contact directly Office for
International Study Programme at email: oisp@hcmut.edu.vn for guidelines of
application forms and procedure
+ For exchange students attached to labs (non-course), the application procedure
is subject to the proposals from the related faculties.

IELTS: 6.0 or above; other equivalent English proficiency certificates

* Vietnamese
* English instruction is available for the undergraduate and graduate course in
reference with the articulation programs in collaboration with HCMUT partner
institutions.
* HCMUT also accepts students in their final year under agreements with their
universities to work on the final thesis at numbers of laboratories in HCMUT. The
language instruction is English.

* This program is open to students enrolled full time with relevant majors and
degree level in the HCMUT partner institutions.

Other Notes
Except Electrical - Electronic Engineering, undergraduate courses in OISP are for
freshman and sophomore. All students in these articulation programs will transfer
to HCMUT’s partner overseas to complete the degree.

Visa and Insurance
Student visa is required. HCMUT supports required documents for visa
Requirements & applications. The following steps applicants (students) must follow:
Procedures
Step 1: students/applicants are required to provide HCMUT with his/her relevant
Visa
information, (including full name, gender, date of birth, original and current
nationalities, passport code, profession, a copy of his/her valid passport, the name
of the city/province/prefecture where Vietnamese consulate or embassy to Japan
is located from which the applicants/students wishes to get visa.)
Step 2: HCMUT supports the applicants to get a kind of a declaration (if
approved) issued by the Vietnamese immigration Office in Vietnam.
Step 3: HCMUT will provide applicant(s) with the declaration(s) via email/fax.
Step 4: Applicants are required to come, submit the declaration(s), and pay visa
fees to get visa at Vietnamese Consulates or Embassy to Japan that the applicants
previously stated.

International insurance is highly recommended for international students
