innovative financial services
Hengshan Human-Centered Design Guidebook Project Lead (8/11-9/11)
• Wrote, edited, and published a human-centered design toolkit in Chinese with a team of 5, based on
experiences of leading a rural revitalization project in Hengshan, Taiwan
• Guidebook published under Creative Commons, now used as curriculum in Taiwanese universities
