and implementation of a written safety and health program and continual safety training for all employees.

OSHA (OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT)
Omega Consultants maintains complete OSHA safety logs and summary reports on a quarterly and annual
basis. Additionally, designers and engineers attend core safety training as well as annual refresher
training to achieve compliance with OSHA standards.

TWIC (TRANSPORTATION WORKER IDENTIFICATION CREDENTIAL)

Omega’s engineers and designers who work in or around ports or protected facilities maintain an active
TWIC card as required by Transportation Security Administration as part of The Department of Homeland
Security.
