Hi All,

Thank you for welcoming me as your new Southwest Regional Delegate for NAHAM.

Though I am new (8 months) to my Director position here at Southwest Healthcare System-UHS, Murrieta, CA. I have been an active member of NAHAM since 1989. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I relocated to CA from Seattle, where I was Director, Patient Access Services – UW Medicine for several years. I have had the opportunity over the years to work for several outstanding organizations from small community hospitals to large, academic, level one trauma centers from

Bellingham, WA, Bend, OR, Saint Louis, MO and back to Seattle, WA. What a journey…learning all I can along the way…I have served on the NAHAM Board in the past as NW Regional Delegate for 8 years, NAHAM Secretary for 2 years, and I am Immediate Past President, WHAMA (Washington Healthcare Access Management Association), where I served for 6 years.

I am never afraid of hard work and will do my best to serve you and the Southwest Region.

Donna Aasheim, CHAM
