A side entrance to the main lobby is accessible through “Minskoff Alley” which spans from 44 - 45
Street. Entrance through this egress must be coordinated in advance with in-house production and

LIGHTING POWER:
House lighting is on an independent 400A service.
Visiting Lighting can tie into our 370A, 3 PHASE service located stage right under the stage. A MINIMUM feeder run of 50’ is required
to get from the service to USR.
All services are 3 Phase 120/208 on CAMS
SPOTLIGHTS:
THREE (3) Lycian M2’s – 2500w Long Throw In-House
Spotlight throw is approximately 125’ from the spotlight booth to the downstage edge
Can accommodate a fourth spotlight - 30 A, 3 Phase, 4 Pole Connector Required with provided spotlight.
ATMOSHPERE:
ONE (1) DF-50 Hazer is provided in-house.
IMPORTANT: The venue fire system is comprised of particle-based sensors. Use of touring haze and/or fog generators is subject to
make/model as well as solution type. Use of touring atmosphere will need to be advanced and approved prior to the date of your
event.
VISITING LIGHTING:
We are glad to accommodate visiting lighting, but please note the following guidelines:
House fixtures cannot be removed from their existing location.
Sliding house fixtures on the same truss to accommodate visiting lighting will be permitted within reason, however all
adjustments must be restored following load out at the expense of the event production.
AUDIO
The PlayStation Theater PA is a Clair Brothers designed and installed JBL Vertec system. All amplification for Main PA, Delays,
and Monitors is powered by CROWN I-Tech series amplifiers (IT4000, IT6000, IT8000).
The installed audio package (stacks and racks and delays) CANNOT be removed to accommodate visiting audio, no exceptions.

MIC SPLIT:
The venue’s Clair Brothers custom mic split lives downstage left. The split has 48 mono inputs and three (3) W4 MASS connector
outs (one ISO out available for visiting production).
COMMUNICATION
All in-house com is wired. Wireless com can be integrated into the house system with the appropriate interface. NOTE: House com is
CLEARCOM – Telex or other manufacturer com will require the appropriate adaptors to integrate without issue.

Due to our location in the exact center of Times Square, PLEASE NOTE that NO PARKING is available on site. Bus &
Trailers, Semi trucks, Van & Trailers and non-commercial vehicles will need to street load for the load in and load out.

The loading dock is a 5-Bay shared space with our
neighboring 55 stories. For productions with
vehicles that can load directly on the dock
(straight trucks measuring 36’ or less), please be
aware that only TWO (2) trucks are permitted in
the bays at a time between 8:00am – 6:00pm
during the week.
PLEASE ADVISE IF A FORKLIFT IS NECESSARY FOR YOUR LOAD WELL IN ADVANCE OF YOUR EVENT DATE.
Securing a forklift requires permitting and the approval of several entities well in advance of the event date. Requests for a forklift to
enable loading cannot be accommodated within 48hrs of load in. Costs for all necessary permitting and heavy machinery rentals are
the responsibility of the client.
DIRECTIONS & LOADING
LOAD IN PROCESS:
For street loading, production will need to be pushed down the sidewalk, up a ramp to dock height, and into the loading dock
elevator – an estimated 175’ push. Elevators will bring production to stage level off stage right, from which point the push is up a
ramp directly onto the stage – an estimated 15’-50’ push depending on the elevator position.
LOADING ELEVATORS:
The PlayStation Theater has a total of three loading elevators to be used. Assignment of freights available for loading and unloading
is subject to advance. For any production unable to fit within the freight elevator dimensions listed here, please see notes on

OVERSIZED PRODUCTION:
Any item that does not fit into the freight elevators, must be hand carried down the stairs.
Our front doors measure 4’2”W x 8’10”H.
Our staircase is divided by a railing down the center.
The distance between each railing is 4’6”W
The distance between the stairs and the ceiling at its lowest point is 6’ 6”H.
If the item is larger, we can carry it over the railing.
The distance wall to wall is 9’10”W.
The ceiling at the lowest point from the top of the railing is 3’ 6”H.
PERMITTING:
Any and all production at street level will require an approved NYC permit. This applies but is not limited to activations, parking, red
carpets, mobile video trucks and more.
The venue cannot directly arrange for permitting, but can gladly connect clients with the appropriate permit expediting services.
PLEASE NOTE: All street level production MUST be approved by the venue directly. Possession of a NYC permit DOES NOT supersede
venue approval. Given our location in Times Square, this process is complex and involves several entities – for this reason we
appreciate your understanding and compliance.
