The window can be opened up to a
maximum angle of 100°. For you
that means: a particularly generous
opening angle and an unrestricted
view to the outside.
Roto NT Designo offers outstanding
burglary protection for concealed
hardware up to a burglary resistance grade of 2 according to DIN
EN 1627-1630 – with security components like anti-jemmy protection
in the corner hinge and a T strikerentry in the tilt mechanism.

Energy-saving windows and windows with large glass surfaces are
in growing demand. At the same
time, the preference for aesthetical
shapes and slimline profiles is on
the rise.
The completely concealed
hardware for especially large and
heavy sashes up to 150������������

kg. A decisive advantage: only two additional
special components (also invisible
from the outside), are enough to
achieve the highest weight stability
in conjunction with the NT Designo
standard hardware. And retrofitting
is no problem at all. A simple standard tool is all that is needed.
The challenge: high stability
and extravagant design
Large sash elements with multiglazing for improved thermal insulation or soundproofed glass surfaces
are both aesthetically pleasing and
heavy. Sash weights of more than
100 kg are not uncommon. That’s
why the demand is for unobtrusive
hardware for “elegant heavyweights”, without visible hinges,
that is robust and easily mounted.

We have equipped our top performer
for heavy windows with ���������������

a tilt restrictor and an anti-slam device at the
factory. And the permanent lubrication with patented lubrication depots
make it low-maintenance and permanently smooth-running. Roto
NT Designo is available for single
and double-sashed windows in the
versions Tilt&Turn, Turn-Only, TiltOnly and Tilt-First (children’s security windows).
For example, a turn-restrictor and
an additional end stop (can be converted to 90° or 100°) are available
for large and heavy windows. These
are supplemented with the two additional components of the load
transfer device for designs with a
sash weight of up to 150 kg.

solution for modern room design in
up-scale home, flat and construction projects.
Turn-restrictor
It reduces the load on the end stop
integrated in the pivot rest and
prevents damage to the hardware
in case of sudden heavy loading
(e.g. wind gust). Available as an
optional accessory.

One-person installation is

All components are fully integrated
in the window frame and ‑sash. The
window sashes can be adjusted
three-dimensionally with adjusting
screws, making adjustment easier.
The rebate clearance adjustment is
carried out with the corner hinge
and the stay guide. Low-maintenance: Special grease depot pockets provide for permanent lubrication of the base-plates and reduce
wear.
The entire hinge side is installed
concealed. All adjustments can
be carried out with just one 4 mm
Allen key, and adjustment reserves
are indicated with a scale on the
corner hinge. Small, compact
components are possible due to
invisible transfer of forces in
installed situation. Advantage:
Short installation and hardware
mounting times.

reduces the installation effort involved. Further advantages include

storage. Roto NT Designo is generally easier to install. The hardware
is simply inserted in the corner,
minimizing possible errors.
As with Roto NT, the window
sashes can also be automatically
installed with Roto NT Designo.
Your production can run through
and need not be interrupted when
changing the hinge side.
