ISOLATORS & SIGNAL SPLITTERS
Save space and cut
your costs in half
with multi-channel,
inch-wide units that
provide isolation and
surge protection on
up to four signals.
Acromag offers the industry’s best
selection of isolators. Dozens of models
are available to meet your requirements.
Select from single, dual, and quadchannel models with AC, DC, or looppowered operation. Signal splitters
deliver dual outputs from a single source.
And whether you need a unit that sinks
or sources current, Acromag has the right
solution for you.
Optical or galvanic isolation eliminate
ground loop errors, reduce noise, and
block high voltage transient surges. All
Acromag isolators will withstand 1500V
AC for 60 seconds and provide continuous
250V AC or 354V DC common-mode
protection of your precious equipment.
Acromag features solve many tough
problems. Our multi-channel modules
reduce costs and save space. Models with
push-button calibration simplify installation and maintenance tasks. Units with
trim pots ship preset for 4-20mA input/
output so field calibration is not required.
Series 630T models offer isolated 24V DC
excitation on inputs to power your twowire transmitters.

TRANSMITTERS & CONVERTERS
Select from dozens
of models to meet
your performance,
mounting, power,
and budget
requirements.
Acromag offers a broad assortment of
products to isolate, amplify, filter, and
convert measured signals from sensors
and other industrial devices. The isolated
transmitters condition and interface the
signal to your PLC, DCS, display, or other
process control instrumentation.
Isolation eliminates ground loop errors
and protects systems from surges.
Units convert temperature, resistance,
frequency, strain, and load sensor inputs
to proportional control signal outputs.
They also measure AC/DC voltage and
current signals representing pressure,
level, flow, and other process variables.
Acromag’s wide selection offers a choice
of features and performance to meet
most requirements. Programmable units
have many advanced signal processing
capabilities and offer the convenience of
Windows software configuration. Multichannel models reduce costs and save
space. And, push-button calibration
simplifies field maintenance.

LIMIT ALARMS
Reliable relay trips
for start-ups, safety
shutdown, level
control, on/off
switching, early
detection, and
process control
protection.
Acromag offers a full line of process
alarms for many applications. These units
monitor your setpoint limits for various
process parameters and trip a relay to
govern actions under alarm conditions.
Typical uses involve triggering warning
lights, audible alarms, or data loggers.
Alarms can also turn devices on/off or
open/close valves. Advanced applications
are able to detect a deviation between
two signals, a rapid change in measured
values, or even capture a peak value for
a process.
From the programmable IntelliPack
series to the economical Flat Pack family, Acromag has an alarm unit to satisfy
most application requirements. Other
cost-effective alternatives are transmitters with integrated alarms or remote
I/O modules for Modbus networks with
built-in trips for local alarm functions.
Countless options accommodate available power sources, input signal types,
and relay connections. Flexible deadband
and delay adjustments filter out noise
and relay chatter to prevent false trips.
Other features include user-selectable
failsafe modes, and latching relays.

MATH & COMPUTATION
Pre-process your data
without expensive
PLCs, controllers, or
software programs.
Our math modules
perform custom
calculations and
output the data as
you need it.
These multi-purpose signal processor
modules feature universal input/output
ranges and an intelligent microcontroller
to provide an extremely flexible and
powerful standalone math computation
device.
Windows software configuration
makes setup fast and easy. Equations
are entered as in a typical spreadsheet.
Diagnostics let you test equations and
display input/output values in engineering units in the configuration software.
Common uses include mathematical
calculations involving single or multiple
process variables, flow integrator/totalizer
functions, and conditional analysis with
boolean logic. Computations are output
as process signals, pulses, or pulse-width
modulated waveforms.
You can even simulate conditions in the
configuration software. A simulation
window provides instant feedback to test
your equations so you can see the output
response before the actual installation.
