General information
The ML50 battery charger is designed for demanding military use
and to be carried by the soldier. The charger is used in open air applications during all type of weather conditions. The charger can be
powered from a wide range of DC sources like vehicle systems and
solar panels. The charger is very easy to operate, it has no switches
nor is other adjustments necessary. The charging process is fully
automatic. The charger can also act as a DC power source (PSU). The
charger can charge smart SMBus batteries. None smart batteries
(without integrated SMBus) as Li-ion / Li-poly / NiMH / NiCd etc can
be charged without any further reprogramming by using special
charging cables.
AC/DC Option MN101: A rugged 90-265VAC AC/DC 150W power
converter for powering the ML50 charger from a AC source.
