1] Party has to retrofit and commission the all recorders at our site with proper calibration free
of cost.
QUALIFYING CRITERIA OF BIDDER :
1] If party is not the OEM, the latest authorization letter from the OEM is required to be submitted
along with Technical Bid
2] Necessary guarantee certificates are required to be submitted along with the bulk supply.
3] Make, type and model number should be clearly mentioned in the specifications of the offered
items. Anything mentioned like ?as per the specifications or as per literature? will not be
accepted in any case.
4] Party must submit complete technical literatures, drawings, manual, etc. along with the offer.
Absence of technical literatures, drawing etc. may lead to rejection of tender.

5] Party has to retrofit and commission the all recorders with proper calibration free of cost.
6] Bidder shall have to furnish offer suitable to existing panel cutout. Bidder shall have to provide
the necessary supporting associated arrangement to be fitted in existing panel cut out.
7] Performance guarantee in the form of bank guarantee as per GSECL rules.
8] Before quoting bidder may visit GSECL, HPS site to ascertain the feasibility of proper flush
panel mounting of their offered Recorders on any working days between 14.00 to 17.00 hours
with prior information and permission of competent authority.
9] Bidder has to submit executed order copies of GSECL / NTPC / Reputed organization of tender
items & its performance certificate issued by Buyer along with Technical Bid.
10] Test certificate should submitted along with supply of material.
Special Notes :
(1) It is mandatory for all the bidders to submit their tender documents by both forms viz. on – line
(e-tendering) and physically in schedule time. I f t ender documents submitted in only any one
form, say either by on line or physically, in that case the same tender will not be considered.
Further bidders are requested to submit price – bid (Schedule-B) on-line only and not to submit the price
bid in physical form. This is mandatory. If price bid is submitted in physical form, same will not be opened
and only on-line submitted price bid will be considered for evaluation. Further if the quantity quoted
differs in the any of the technical bid forms and in price bid forms , it is at the discretion of CE
Committee/ED Committee – GSECL to consider the quoted quantity.

Sales Tax / VAT Pkg. & Fwd. charges, Freight charges, etc. clearly in the Technical Bid &

It is to be noted that GSECL, Ukai TPS is establishing and implementing occupational Health &
Safety Management System complying with OHSAS 18001:2007. You as a part of the GSECL
Ukai team and as defined by the scope of mentioned standard, all contractors are required to
comply with and participate to prevent the occupational Health and Safety hazards and risks
including observation of safety rules. Further you are also to comply with all applicable legal
requirements while executing the supply / work, in case the job is assigned to you.
(10) Any delay that may take place in supply and / or erection, testing and commissioning activities
beyond contractual cut off date / stipulated period in the order shall be subjected to penalty (not
liquidated damages) at the rate of ½ % of the contract price / order price per week or part thereof
subject to a maximum of 10 % of the total contract value / order value (i.e. End cost including
taxes & duties).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

Party has to accept Payment Term as per GSECL’s standard terms & conditions: “Payment
shall be made by the GSECL for the material supplied at 80% plus 100 % taxes against TRC
within 30 days and balance 20 % against S. R. Note within 45 days from the date of receipt of
material at our site.”

Validity of Rates : 120 days from the date of opening of Technical Bid.
(Minimum 120 Days are Compulsory required.
(4)
Delivery Period : Within 03 Months.
(5)
Please note that conditionally offers will liable to be ignored.
(6)
Bidder has to submit Certificate “A” and Integrity Pact with the seal of firm & signature of
Tenderer.
(7)
