CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY
Warranty
Troy Granite’s 13-Month limited warranty warrants to the purchaser of a polished granite countertop that the countertop will be free from material
integrity defects under normal conditions and use and stain resistant to stains caused by common food and beverages for a per iod of 13 months
from the date of installation. This warranty includes workmanship of fabrication and installation of the countertops. Troy Granite applies first sealer
coat on countertop. Customer needs to apply sealer once a year (recommended). This warranty is offered and administered by Troy Granite.
Warranty starts from the date signed below.
EXCLUSIONS
This limited warranty only applies to covered claims and does not cover any claims by the purchaser resulting from:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse or improper use are NOT covered by Troy Granite; improper use or care such as but not limited to:
Subjecting the countertop to excessive weight in a concentrated area by Standing on it or otherwise placing a heavy load on it;
Dropping a hard or heavy object on the countertop; subjecting the countertop to caustic or abrasive chemicals;
Subjecting the countertop to extremes of temperature; accidents, neglect, abuse, negligence, mishandling or alteration of the
countertop or damage to the countertop caused by acts of Mother Nature or vandalism. Any outdoor or commercial use of the
countertop, including without limitation, use of the countertop in hotels, stores or restaurants is excluded. Variances in the countertop’s
natural characteristics, including without limitation, veining, pitting, inclusions, fissures, variations in color, surface grain and gloss level
are excluded. Granite is a natural product, not a man-made product, and any or all of these characteristics may be present in the
countertop.
WHAT WILL WE DO?
Upon receipt of a warranty claim from the purchaser, and upon determination that the purchaser’s claim is a covered claim, Troy Granite will:
In the case of a stain claim, Troy Granite will send a technician to assess the problem. Using the latest technology and approved stain removal
product, Troy Granite’s technician will attempt to remove stain. If Troy Granite is unable to resolve a covered claim after performing the foregoing
actions, Troy Granite will replace the granite piece(s) of the countertop affected by a covered claim with the same or a comparable product. Natural
granite varies from piece to piece and granite distributor makes no assurance to purchaser that any such replacement granite will match the
countertop installed in the purchaser’s home.
Allora USA Lifetime Warranty (Apply if sinks or faucets provided by Troy Granite)
Allora USA will replace without charge, (excluding labor) any product supplied by Allora USA that is proven to be defective, with an equivalent
replacement, during the life of the product, to the original owner, and installed correctly, used and cleaned as recommended, and not damaged due
to abuse, misuse, or negligence. Customer must register product(s) at www.allorausa.com/product_register.com. Customer will be asked to
provide model number, product type, date of purchase and supplier (Troy Granite). Failure to register your product(s) will void any warranty.
This warranty will not cover any damages which might be caused by the product. Allora USA reserves the right to inspect any sink/faucet reported
to be defective prior to replacement of the sink/faucet. All decisions are final. Replacement cost EXCLUDES transportation and any labor costs for
the removal or reinstallation.
Troy Granite makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness or merchantability of the countertop for any particular use or purpose other
than as set forth expressly herein. Granite distributor shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses or
expenses arising either directly or indirectly from the failure of the countertop.
Troy Granite shall not be responsible or liable for any delays that may arise in performing their obligations under this limi ted warranty due to any
cause beyond Troy Granite’s control, including without limitation, acts of Mother Nature, acts of governments, material shortages or delays, fires,
floods, or labor problems.
This limited warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, but the purchaser may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This form is not valid until signed and sealed by Troy Granite officials.
