Reseller Government-Education Rebate Program
Effective March 30, 2015
Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. (“TAIS”) announces a Reseller Government-Education Rebate
Program for eligible Toshiba portable computers (“Eligible Toshiba Products”). TAIS Authorized Resellers
are eligible to receive the stated Benefit Rate Percentage rebate (based on MSRP) for each Eligible Toshiba
Product sold to educational institutions and federal, state and local governments.
ELIGIBILITY
1. TAIS Authorized Resellers must 1.) buy Eligible Toshiba Products direct from a TAIS Authorized Distributor, and
2.) be authorized to purchase Eligible Toshiba Products.
2. Only Eligible Toshiba Product sales to educational institutions and federal, state and local governments are
eligible for rebate.
3. This offer is not valid, and may not be combined with, any other TAIS discounts or rebates.
4. TAIS Authorized Resellers will obtain a rebate in the form of a discount at the time of purchase only, when such
purchases are made from a TAIS Authorized Distributor.
5. Products purchased for resale to hospitals and nonprofit organizations are not eligible for the rebates, unless
those organizations are either state or local government-owned.
6. Products purchased for resale to educational institutions which do not provide on-site student instruction are not
eligible for the rebate.
7. TAIS authorized retailers; Direct Market Response Resellers - CDW, PC Connection, and Zones, Inc; brokers; and
distributors are not eligible to participate in the Program. Program eligibility and/or channel categorization shall
be decided by TAIS in its sole discretion.
TAIS Authorized Distributors include: Ingram Micro, Inc.; Synnex Information Technologies, Inc.; and Tech Data Product
Management, Inc.

BENEFIT REDEMPTION PROCEDURES FOR TAIS AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS:
1. All rebate claims must be submitted through TAIS’ Distributor Channel Sales Manager within 30 days after the
end of each calendar year quarter.
2. TAIS Authorized Distributors must submit (i) copy of the Rebate claim form, (ii) copy of the Distribution invoice
to the TAIS Reseller, (iii) Copy of the Government & Education end user purchase order made out to the TAIS
Reseller. The Distribution Invoice must include invoice number, invoice date, TAIS part number, TAIS model
number, and TAIS serial numbers.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TAIS reserves the right to amend or cancel this program at any time, provided such amendment or cancellation will
not affect any rebates earned prior to such announcement. TAIS reserves the right to interpret the terms and
conditions of this program in its sole discretion, and all decisions are final. TAIS is not responsible for eligible product
availability. All reporting is subject to verification and audit. Noncompliance with rules or inaccurate reporting may
lead to disqualification from the program. TAIS is not responsible for any damages, taxes, or expenses incurred as a
result of this program. All contracts with TAIS must be current to qualify for rebates.
