Prior to this, Rachel worked as Head of Supply Chain for BAA Gatwick from August 2003 to July 2008. Rachel has a over 25 years experience in senior supply chain and procurement roles, in the UK and Asia Pacific, spanning a number of industries including Facilities management, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecoms, IT and Airport management. Rachel is a member of the CIPS congress, which is a key part of the governance of the chartered institute representing the procurement profession. Anna Williams, Procurement Manager – UKS Anna joined Norland Managed Services in 2009. Prior to this, Anna worked as Procurement Manager for Taylor Woodrow and Transport for London. Anna has experience in buying supportive professional services throughout all stages of a buildings cycle, from conception to maintenance. Anna is a keen advocate of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and is championing the SRM programme within Norland. management having previously worked for Land Securities Trillium for five years, Sodexo for two years and more recently Nokia for three years as their global procurement lead for hard and soft services. Mario Caiafa, MCIPS, MIET, Head of Procurement – MSV Mario is an experienced business practitioner in both engineering and procurement. Prior to joining Norland in January 2012 Mario worked for Genzyme Corporation in a global role covering utilities and FM and prior to that, worked for BAA for 25 years in senior roles in both procurement and engineering. Mario specialises in direct procurement in both hard and soft services and joined to lead the development of the soft services supply chain to support our TFM service solution. Mark Tubb, MCIPS, Procurement Manager – MSV Mark has over ten years in procurement working across the media, telecommunications and FM industries, and has experience across a broad range of spend categories from both a supply of goods and subcontract perspective. Hadleigh Priest, Procurement Manager – Projects Alison Campbell, Procurement Support Hadleigh trained as a Mechanical engineer in New Zealand developing & installing specialised packaging equipment, for the dairy, food and pharmaceutical industries before moving to the UK in 2003. Prior to joining Norland in 2011 he worked in the Life Science industry installing bespoke equipment, at BAA Gatwick as Supplier Performance Manager and in the aerospace industry as Management Consultant on multi-million pound engineering projects in Europe and the USA. Alison joined Norland Managed Services in 2007, working for the Accounts Payable department for five years where she was responsible for all manual cheque payments. Alison joined the Procurement team in January 2012 and manages the new supplier qualification process, supplier chat rooms and supports both regional and national supplier events. Alison is keen to develop her role within the team and along with Kate, has recently completed her first half marathon. Alison Burrell, MCIPS, Head of Procurement Pauleth Prince, Procurement Analyst Alison leads the Central Services team which includes management of the Preferred Supplier Programme. Prior to this Alison spent 2 years at Barclays. Alison has experience in all areas of the procurement life cycle from a number of different sectors; Transport and Tourism, Facilities Management, Utilities, IT, Telecoms and Banking. Her most notable project to date being the procurement of a full 3rd Party Logistics outsource which transformed Virgin Media’s Supply Chain. Alison is a volunteer with Girlguiding UK in her spare time. Pauleth trained as a book keeper and has over 25 years accounts experience, working in various industries from stationers to architecture. Pauleth joined Norland in 2010 and supports the preferred supplier programme, spend and performance reporting. Steve Weetman, MCIPS, Procurement Manager – CES Victoria Owen, Procurement Executive – UKS Having worked in both the private and public sector within Procurement for companies such as BAA and Thames Gateway NHS Trust, Victoria joined Norland four years ago initially managing our preferred supply chain and now supporting our contract teams and clients with their procurement requirements. Phil Hawes, MBIFM, Procurement Manager – CS Phil has considerable experience in procurement, with 20 years experience within the construction and FM services sectors. Specialist areas of expertise are global supplier relationships, commercial management and supply chain 14 Steve joined Norland Managed Services in November 2011 and brings over 20 years experience in senior procurement, logistic and operational roles. Prior to Norland, Steve worked as Senior Procurement Manager for Serco Gp Ltd procuring facilities management. Previous experience includes working for the Ministry of Defence procuring vehicles and equipment to support the UK military. Outside of work Steve enjoys going to the theatre, hill-walking and is a keen long distance runner having completed the London Marathon three times. Kate Stares, Procurement Executive – Sourcing Kate joined Norland in 2008, working at Wembley Stadium before joining the Procurement Team and has organised the annual Supply Partner Event since 2009. Kate provides procurement expertise and support to the business in the mobilisation of new contracts and the re-tendering of existing contracts, ensuring both the customer needs and Norland objectives are met. She also manages a number of indirect pan-Norland categories such as stationery, fleet, travel & meeting room agreements. Kate is currently studying for her professional procurement qualification MCIPS. Mark King, Procurement Systems & Process Manager Mark has been with Norland for eight months and is primarily responsible for the procurement technology strategy, centred around Ariba. Prior to this, Mark worked at Visa Europe where he led the implementation of Ariba and was also involved in a number of FM projects including the re-tender of the contract with Norland. Mark has a diverse career having worked in a number of industries including financial services, consultancy, oil and gas, automotive, utilities, staffing and telecoms.
