Sirona Connect is the ideal solution for taking digital impressions in the

APOLLO DI is a specially developed intraoral scanner which exclusively sends data

The high-temperature furnace is suitable for all sintering materials that can
be processed using the inLab production machine. It features additional speed
sintering programs and also enables non-precious metals to be sintered – all
in a single furnace chamber.

The blocks consist of an inner core of highly chromatic dentin covered by a translucent
layer of enamel. The dentin cores are modeled after the shape of dentin in natural teeth.
The outer shape of the tooth is determined by the biogeneric data in the software. An
algorithm integrated in the inLab software aids the right positioning of the restoration
in the block, so that the exact tooth color selected by the user is achieved resulting in an
esthetically pleasing anterior tooth restoration.

Sintered zirconium oxide ceramic for substructures
inCoris ZI in a partially sintered state is used to produce crown copings and bridge frameworks with up to two pontics in the posterior and anterior regions. The frameworks
are milled at an excess size. After they have been sintered, they acquire the desired
characteristics (precise dimensions, density, strength, shade).

Translucent zirconium oxide sintering ceramic – without veneering
inCoris TZI allows inLab users to produce fully anatomical crowns and bridges with up to
nine units. Due to its high translucency, inCoris TZI requires no veneering and offers an
inexpensive and more esthetic alternative to unveneered and partially veneered metal
restorations.

Sintering metal for non-precious metal restorations
The majority of all restorations produced around the world are still made of non-precious
metal. inCoris CC is a sintering metal based on a CoCr alloy that, just like with the zirconium oxide process, is initially milled at an excess size and then densely sintered in the
furnace (inFire HTC speed with Superspeed + Metal) in an argon atmosphere. Value
creation thus remains in the laboratory without high costs for modeling, casting and
deflasking.

Polymer model blocks
With Sirona Connect the image data captured intraorally is converted into a 3D data
model and transmitted directly online to the dental laboratory. A physical working model
can be produced using a production center or your own milling unit. inCoris Model blocks
are made of a polyurethane polymer which means the models can be milled using the
inLab MC XL milling unit. The blocks can only be processed using the designated tools
(Shaper 25 and Finisher 10).

Customized zirconium oxide abutments
The proven CAD/CAM production of customized zirconium oxide abutments with inLab
provides the basis for meeting the demand for tooth-colored, all-ceramic prostheses
mounted on implants. Special prefabricated zirconium oxide blocks in two different colors
and sizes together with a prefabricated screw channel and anti-rotation device guarantee
a perfect abutment connection.

PRODUCTS
Implant systems
TiBase is a titanium base from Sirona which is available for a variety of implant systems
and diameters. The titanium bonding base comes in a set with an abutment screw and
matching scan body. The scan body enables exact digital implant acquisition of the
model analog with the extraoral inLab scanner (inEos X5 or inEos Blue). The TiBase is
bonded with the sintered mesostructure (e.g., inCoris ZI meso).
