Bus stop signs mark each designated stop along bus routes. Please
stand near sign in CLEAR VIEW of approaching bus to indicate to
operator you wish to board.
No eating, drinking, smoking, or playing of radios, CD players
(unless earphones are being used) is permitted within the bus. Please
be courteous when using cell phones - no speakerphones allowed.
Please make the front side and two front facing bench seats closest to the
driver available to disabled and elderly passengers.

Medicare Card or DART First State reduced fare ID card is required for

All vehicles have bike racks. Passengers are responsible for
securing bikes.

Discounted Employee Parking Program
Employees are eligible, through their employer, to receive a substantially
discounted parking rate of $3 by displaying a hangtag on their rear view
mirror.
Hangtags are available for pick up by employers at the Park & Ride office
weekdays, 8 am to 5 pm. Bring a business card or other form of ID. Call
226-2001 a day in advance to have tags ready when you arrive
(important when requesting 25 or more).
If employer is located and licensed in the City of Rehoboth Beach,
parking can be free. Call City Manager’s Office at 227-4641 for details.

Road, north of Rehoboth Avenue.
Note: Free Daily passes are not issued to passengers of Charter buses.

* Cash fares must be paid with exact change using coins and $1 bills only. Drivers
do not carry change. Daily Passes must be purchased on the bus and can be
paid with cash or by using a DARTCard and are valid for unlimited rides on
local buses. Please request Daily Pass from driver before paying fare. Daily
Passes are nontransferable.
** Reduced Fare – Medicare Card or DART First State Reduced Fare ID card is
required for payment of Reduced Fares or use of prepaid Reduced Fare
DARTCard. Reduced Fares are for people who are age 65 & over, or who have
a certified disability. For more information, call 1-800-652-DART.
*** When accompanied by a fare-paying adult, otherwise regular fare applies.
No more than two children free per fare-paying adult.

The best value is a Daily Pass if you ride more than two buses per day.
Coastal Connection – Route 208 Ride Card
Passengers will be issued a DART First State Ride Card when getting off
the Route 208 in Ocean City. The Ride Card is proof of payment, and is
good for free rides on the local Ocean City bus for that day only.
A valid Ocean City Bus Pass can be used from Ocean City only to ride the
Route 208 for one trip at no additional charge. The Ocean City Bus Pass
bearer can also purchase, only at the Ocean City bus stop, a DART First
State Daily Pass for $1.10 for unlimited riding on that day within Sussex
County, DE.
Cape May-Lewes Ferry Connection to Cape May, NJ
Passengers can board the Ferry’s bus at the Park & Ride using DART First
State bus pass for service to the Ferry terminal.
