INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING OUT ENTRY FORM to be an EXHIBITOR:
1.
Complete top portion of entry form. One (1) form per person--PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY.

Exhibitors who enter 10 exhibits will receive one FREE Parking Pass.
Additional 7- Day Parking Passes may be purchased at a cost of $15.00 each until July 31st. Parking Passes do not include
Grandstand Entertainment.
•Exhibitors
who enter 20 exhibits will receive one FREE Fair Fun Pass.
Additional Fair Fun Passes, which
include grandstand entertainment for the entire week, may be purchased at a cost of $30.00 before August, and $35.00 thereafter.
• General Fair admission is FREE…; parking is $7.00 per vehicle. Grandstand entrance is by Fair Fun Pass only.

CAMPING: Campsites are available for all exhibitors and superintendents. See CAMPING rules, and be sure to fill out and turn in your camp
reservation form and fees with your entry form.

TOTAL DUE: Payment is required at time of entry. Make checks payable to Genesee County Fair. No refunds or exchanges, no exceptions. A
fee of $30 will be charged for all returned checks.

Mail entries to: GENESEE COUNTY FAIR, 2188 W. MT. MORRIS RD., MT. MORRIS, MI 48458. Absolutely no late entries accepted after Friday,
July 8, 2016. Entries must be postmarked by Friday, July 8, 2016. Open class animal exhibits will be accepted after deadline only if exhibit areas are
not filled (see specific divisions).
3.
Each non-animal exhibit must have its own ENTRY TAG, which may be picked up at the Fair Office. This tag must be attached to your exhibit upon
entering. Please pick up only the amount of tags you will need.
4.
All livestock exhibitors will be mailed their admission pass(es) if check-in occurs after opening day of the Fair. All other exhibitors will receive their
pass(es) at the Fair Office (on the grounds) after their exhibits have been checked in, prior to opening day of the Fair.
5.
All exhibitors will be mailed (after entry deadline but before the Fair) an EXHIBITOR CONFIRMATION FORM of the classes they have entered. It is
recommended that exhibitors make a copy of their own entry form, to verify the EXHIBITOR CONFIRMATION FORM. Any discrepancies should be
called in to the Fair Office immediately. This EXHIBITOR CONFIRMATION FORM must be brought with exhibits to check-in, and brought back again
with you to check out your exhibits.
6.
You must pick up your non-animal exhibit(s) the last day of the Fair (Sunday, August 28). It is mandatory to have your EXHIBITOR CONFIRMATION
FORM present. All exhibits not picked up by 8:00 p.m. become the property of the Genesee County Fair. Exhibits will be released NO EARLIER than
5:00 p.m. and no later than 7:00 p.m. Absolutely, NO CARS will be allowed on the interior of the fairgrounds to pick up exhibits, (bring a wagon or
wheelbarrow to cart them to the parking lot).
7.
Your Premium Checks will be mailed to you approximately 5 weeks after the Fair. Any discrepancies are to be dealt with immediately, call the Fair
Office. Please keep your entry form until 30 days after the Fair. PREMIUM CHECKS MUST BE CASHED WITHIN 60 DAYS. Any uncashed
premium checks by end of two (2) years from issue date shall be considered a donation to the Special Awards Fund of the Genesee County
Agricultural Society.
