CATERING INFORMATION Thank you for considering the Taco Time Traveler for your upcoming event. Our state-of-the-art Traveler is a Taco Time restaurant on wheels – bringing our Crisp Tacos, Salads, and Mexi-Fries right to your door. The Crave Crew will show up at the location of your choosing and prepare all of your favorites as you order. Taco Time’s menu offers a variety of tastes – from hearty to healthy to vegetarian – served up fresh, delicious and with a smile. Below are some sample menu suggestions – but, just like in each of our restaurants, we can customize a menu for your group, allowing for individual tastes. Please note that larger groups may require more limited menu choices to ensure we can provide the outstanding service you’ve come to expect from Taco Time. Try one of our options above without the tortilla! • Crisp and Soft Taco with seasoned ground beef, tender, all-white chicken or fat-free pinto beans • Crisp Burrito with beef or pinto bean • Mexi-Fries • White Chicken Chili - “Made from Scratch” • Crisp Chicken Taco Light or Baja Tacos with ground beef, tender, all-white chicken or fat-free pinto beans • Side of 100% fat-free pinto or whole black beans • Instead of Crisp or Soft Tacos, you will receive seasoned ground beef or tender, all-white chicken on a bed of freshly shredded lettuce. Topped with Darigold Cheddar Cheese, tomatoes and your choice of fresh dressings • Served with handcrafted tortilla chips KIDS PARTY • Kid’s meals with choice of Crisp Taco, Soft Burrito or Cheese Quesadilla No grown-ups at your next party? We can feed your little ones as well • Mini order of Mexi-Fries • Of course our yummy Crustos! *We will bring plenty of food for all of your guests. Unfortunately there are times when we may run out of an item if the majority of people are selecting one item, for example, if the Crisp Beef Taco is being requested with every order and no one is ordering the Crisp Chicken Taco. If you know that your guests are likely to prefer one protein or item please let us know so that we can adjust your menu accordingly. TRAVELER CATERING RATES PARKING BASICS Minimum Food Order - $1000 • The parking area needs to be a flat surface • Each of the menu options listed above are $12.50 per person • Any changes or additions to a menu may incur an additional fee per person • Custom menus are available • The space needs to be available for up to 1 1/2 hours before hand and 30 minutes afterward Included in the base cost of any menu is: • Canned Coca-Cola products • All condiments, cutlery and napkins • Crave Crew service personnel • 2 hour service time • Up to 1 hour travel time • The Traveler is 28’ long x 14’ wide and 12’ in height • There may be additional fees for parking on public streets if a street use permit is needed. If there is parking on private property available that would be ideal HOW TO BOOK THE TRAVELER ADDITIONAL CHARGES • First two hours of service time is included in the base cost. Any additional service time will be $30 for every 30 minutes • $25.00 additional for each 30 minutes of travel time over 1 hour • There may be additional charges for any permits or fees needed to complete the event THE SMALL PRINT • We will need a final guest count 7 days before the event. • A 9.5% Washington State sales tax will be added to the total • A 25% non-refundable deposit will be due when confirming the event • The final payment will be due 7 days before the event.
